Vaastu consultants · Content marketing

Write the explanation you give on the phone, in the family's language.

Content marketing for a vaastu practice is writing down the answers you give the same families every week, such as what can be changed without breaking a wall. GullySales plans the pages, adds the language versions elders read, and keeps outcome claims off all of them.

A newsstand under a striped awning: three tiers of folded publications racked spine on, one title on the top tier turned to face the street, and a crate of rolled copies at the foot of the stand

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For vaastu consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The demolition question is the one everybody asks

A family that has already paid wants to know what can be corrected without breaking anything. Almost nobody writes that page plainly, and it is the most searched worry in this trade.

  • Housewarming season has a calendar

Families fix griha pravesh and bhoomi pooja dates in particular months, and start asking weeks before. Writing for those weeks after they arrive is too late.

  • Two readers, one page

The young buyer searches and the elder decides. A page has to satisfy somebody comparing consultants and somebody weighing tradition, which is why the language version matters.

What we do

What we deliver for vaastu consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page on what a plan review actually covers

What you look at, what you need from the family, how long it takes and what arrives at the end of it.

Result: Families stop asking what they are paying for.

  2. A page on changes that need no demolition

What can usually be adjusted in a finished flat and what cannot, written honestly, including when the answer is to leave it alone.

Result: The family that already bought has somewhere to land.

  3. Commercial and industrial pages of their own

Shops, offices, godowns and factory plots written separately, with a note on working alongside the architect and structural engineer.

Result: A business owner sees that you advise on more than homes.

  4. A griha pravesh preparation checklist

What families usually want settled before a housewarming, published before the months those dates fall in rather than during them.

Result: You are found while the date is being fixed.

  5. Language versions of the pages that matter

The main explanations written again in the languages your families read, rather than machine-translated from the English.

Result: The person deciding can read you properly.

  6. The page named at each enquiry, recorded

What a caller had read before they rang, logged when the plan arrives and reported monthly against the baseline.

Result: You write more of what brings plans in.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

This is written for these vaastu consultants.

  • Consultants who also practise as architects or civil engineers
  • Vaastu advisers working with builders and developers on layouts
  • Consultants specialising in commercial, shop and office vaastu
  • Consultants advising on factories, warehouses and industrial plots
  • Online vaastu consultants reviewing plans across cities
  • Family practices passed down from a senior consultant

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for vaastu consultants

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how families and builders find you today, how fast a floor plan on WhatsApp gets a reply, and how the fee is explained on the phone.

  2. 2

    Fix the reply

A routine for acknowledging a plan or a call within the hour, a clear fee note for each service, and a record of every enquiry and visit booked.

  3. 3

    Build the service pages

A page for each service, such as a flat site visit, a plot review or an office consultation, written plainly and without claims about results.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search around the localities where you work, a profile that shows your years of practice, and a referral routine with builders and interior designers.

  5. 5

    Keep the relationships warm

Follow-up with families after griha pravesh, a note to builders before each new launch, and a review ask after a visit the family found useful.

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which page should we write first?
The one on what a plan review covers and what it costs, because that is the question every caller asks. Then the page on changes that need no demolition. Those two answer most of the enquiries you are already fielding by phone.
Should our pages be in English or in Kannada?
English for the main pages, because that is what most families type into a search box. Add proper versions of the important ones in the languages spoken at home, written rather than translated by a tool. Elders read carefully and notice the difference.
Will marketing make vaastu look commercial?
It does not have to. We write in a calm, respectful voice, explain what you do and how you work, and leave out fear-based lines and claims about wealth or health. Families trust a consultant who speaks plainly more than one who promises results.
Can we say what results a family will see?
No, and we will not write it. Outcome promises can be treated as misleading under the Consumer Protection Act and the ASCI advertising code. Your pages describe the service and your experience, not what will happen after.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
