Waterproofing and roofing contractors · Branding

Look like a firm that will still exist when the warranty is claimed.

Branding for a waterproofing or roofing contractor is what makes an owner believe you will come back in year four. GullySales settles the name, the uniform, the vehicle and the warranty document, so your quotation does not arrive looking like a slip of paper.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For waterproofing and roofing contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A warranty is worthless if the firm looks temporary

A ten-year promise from a phone number on a notepad convinces nobody. The document, the letterhead and the GST number are the promise.

  • Committees compare presentation before they compare systems

Three quotations land at a general body meeting. The one on a proper letterhead carrying photographs of their own terrace is read first.

  • Your crew stands on somebody's roof for four days

Uniforms, a site board and debris cleared at the end of each day are seen by every flat. That is where the next enquiry comes from.

What we do

What we deliver for waterproofing and roofing contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A quotation document that survives a committee meeting

Letterhead, scope, system, coats, warranty, exclusions and photographs of their own building, laid out so a treasurer can follow it.

Result: Your quotation is the one read properly.

  2. The warranty written as a document, not a sentence

Coverage, period, the owner's obligations, exclusions and the claim procedure, signed and handed over at completion.

Result: Nobody argues later about what was covered.

  3. Uniforms and a site board for the building

Crew shirts, a board naming the system and the warranty period, and a cleanup standard, since four hundred flats walk past the job.

Result: The building sees a firm, not a group of men.

  4. Vehicle and drum branding

The van, the pump trolley and the material drums carrying the name and number, because they stand on the road for days at a time.

Result: The next street knows who worked here.

  5. A photograph standard for every job

What gets photographed before, during and after, by whom and on which phone, so the proof is collected without anybody being asked.

Result: Every job leaves evidence behind.

  6. One look across the quotation, the site and the profile

The same name, colours and claims on the letterhead, the uniform, the site board, the Business Profile and the warranty card.

Result: An owner meets one firm at every point.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for waterproofing and roofing contractors

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your enquiries month by month, how inspections turn into jobs, and where committees and builders stand in your work.

  2. 2

    Fix the inspection and quote

A standard inspection report, a system comparison sheet and a follow-up routine for every quotation, especially committee ones.

  3. 3

    Build the proof that lasts

Return visits to old jobs, before-and-after pages by building type and a clear warranty explanation.

  4. 4

    Move demand before the rains

Pre-monsoon and summer campaigns for homeowners and committees, and builder and architect outreach for new construction.

  5. 5

    Stay with the building

A yearly pre-monsoon check reminder to every past customer and a warranty visit that often leads to the next job.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does an approved applicator badge actually help?
It helps a committee and a builder more than a homeowner, because it puts a manufacturer's warranty behind yours. Show the certificate and name the system. Check with the brand what you may claim about their backing before printing it.
Every bidder hands over the same manufacturer's brochure. What do we hand over?
Photographs of terraces you finished, with the dates and the buildings named. A committee has three copies of the same glossy folder on the table. The only thing that separates you is proof of your own work.
How do we get customers to book waterproofing before the monsoon?
Reach them before they are worried. A free terrace inspection offered in February, with photographs of what a July leak did to a ceiling, brings many jobs forward. Past customers due a check are the easiest to book first.
Should we mention the chemical brand we use?
Yes, when you are an approved applicator or use a named system. Homeowners and committees ask about it, and a known brand backing the warranty is often what separates your quote from a cheaper one.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
