Waterproofing and roofing contractors · Reputation management

Every review you hold was written after one monsoon, not after four.

Reputation management for a waterproofing or roofing contractor is what an owner says after the first rain following your work, and what an apartment committee repeats in its group. GullySales watches the mentions, gets warranty complaints answered in writing, and asks for reviews once the rain has tested the job.

A statue plinth seen close: the bronze figure implied only by its feet and the hem of its drapery above the top of the frame, one face of the stone pedestal scrubbed pale and the other still grimy and carrying a scrawl of paint, with a pressure hose coiled on the steps beside a bucket, brushes and cloths

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For waterproofing and roofing contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The rain is the review

A terrace that stays dry through August is worth more than anything you write. Ask then, rather than on the day the crew packs up.

  • An apartment group talks to four hundred flats at once

One damp ceiling on the fifth floor, posted in the association group, reaches every owner and the next three buildings on that road.

  • Warranty is where reputations are lost

The job held for two years and then failed. How fast somebody goes back, and whether it is in writing, decides what the owner tells his neighbours.

What we do

What we deliver for waterproofing and roofing contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Alerts on the firm and the owner's own name

Watches on search, the Business Profile, the directories and the local groups where a leaking terrace is discussed before anybody writes a review.

Result: You hear about a complaint before the committee does.

  2. A warranty complaint answered on paper

A written reply recording the visit date, what was found, what is covered and what is not, sent to the owner or the association within the week.

Result: The argument has a document instead of a memory.

  3. Reviews asked for once the rain has tested the job

The request sent after the first heavy spell following completion, and again at the warranty visit, rather than on the day the crew leaves.

Result: Your reviews are about dryness, not tidiness.

  4. The warranty written so it can be kept

What is covered, for how long, what the owner must not do to the treated surface, and how a claim is raised, in language a committee can read.

Result: Nobody argues later about what was promised.

  5. Committee references held with permission

A short list of secretaries and treasurers willing to speak about the work, refreshed each year, for the building weighing three quotations.

Result: A new committee can ring somebody like them.

  6. A monthly note on what came back

Complaints by job type and age, what was replied, and the failures that repeat, set beside the baseline taken at the audit.

Result: A recurring failure becomes a site practice.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for waterproofing and roofing contractors

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your enquiries month by month, how inspections turn into jobs, and where committees and builders stand in your work.

  2. 2

    Fix the inspection and quote

A standard inspection report, a system comparison sheet and a follow-up routine for every quotation, especially committee ones.

  3. 3

    Build the proof that lasts

Return visits to old jobs, before-and-after pages by building type and a clear warranty explanation.

  4. 4

    Move demand before the rains

Pre-monsoon and summer campaigns for homeowners and committees, and builder and architect outreach for new construction.

  5. 5

    Stay with the building

A yearly pre-monsoon check reminder to every past customer and a warranty visit that often leads to the next job.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

A customer says our work failed. Should we reply publicly?
Reply once, say you are coming to look, and put a date in the reply. Argue the technical point after the visit and in writing to him. A public argument about coats and surface preparation reads as an excuse.
When is the right time to ask for a review?
After the first heavy rain following the job, and again at the warranty check. Asking on completion day earns a polite note about the crew being tidy. Asking in August earns a review about a dry ceiling.
How do we get customers to book waterproofing before the monsoon?
Reach them before they are worried. A free terrace inspection offered in February, with photographs of what a July leak did to a ceiling, brings many jobs forward. Past customers due a check are the easiest to book first.
Should we mention the chemical brand we use?
Yes, when you are an approved applicator or use a named system. Homeowners and committees ask about it, and a known brand backing the warranty is often what separates your quote from a cheaper one.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
