Waterproofing and roofing contractors · Email marketing

Your best list is every terrace you treated four monsoons ago.

Email and WhatsApp for a waterproofing or roofing contractor bring back the buildings you have already worked on, and keep apartment secretaries in touch until the budget meeting. GullySales writes the pre-monsoon reminder, the warranty check note and the committee follow-up, and reports which one produced an inspection.

A post room: a wall rack of pigeonholes with sorted letters and strapped bundles, a loaded mail trolley wheeled up in front of it, and on the bench a franking machine with one envelope under the press arm, franked and cleared

What email marketing means

Email marketing is sending planned messages to a list of past and prospective customers who have agreed to hear from you. It suits offers, updates and staying in touch with someone who is not ready to buy yet. GullySales writes and schedules these emails and tracks who opens, clicks and enquires.

For waterproofing and roofing contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • February is the month a past customer will listen

A reminder in the dry season books an inspection. The same message in July reaches somebody already ringing three other contractors.

  • A committee needs reminding between the quotation and the vote

Six weeks pass and the agenda fills up. A short note carrying their own photographs keeps the item alive until the meeting.

  • Builders and architects want one mail, rarely

A method statement and three recent basements, sent once a quarter. Anything more frequent goes to the junk folder and stays there.

What we do

What we deliver for waterproofing and roofing contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A pre-monsoon reminder to every past customer

Sent in February with the job date, the warranty position and an offer of a check, by WhatsApp where that is how they already contact you.

Result: The dry-season diary fills from work you already did.

  2. Lists kept apart by who decides

Homeowners, apartment secretaries and treasurers, builders and architects, factory engineers, and past customers, each written to differently.

Result: A committee does not receive a homeowner's message.

  3. A committee follow-up running to the meeting date

Timed notes after the quotation carrying their building's photographs, the option comparison, and a reminder of your offer to present.

Result: Your quotation is still live on voting day.

  4. A quarterly note for builders and architects

Three recent basements or podiums, the method statement and the applicator certificates, short and sent no more than four times a year.

Result: You stay on the list without becoming junk mail.

  5. Warranty check notes sent on a schedule

A message at each anniversary of a completed job offering the inspection your warranty terms assume, with the claim procedure restated.

Result: Warranty visits happen before a failure does.

  6. Reporting on inspections booked, not opens

Which message produced a reply, an inspection or a quotation, set against the baseline recorded before the work started.

Result: A message nobody answers is rewritten.

How the result is measured

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Enquiries from email

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for waterproofing and roofing contractors

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your enquiries month by month, how inspections turn into jobs, and where committees and builders stand in your work.

  2. 2

    Fix the inspection and quote

A standard inspection report, a system comparison sheet and a follow-up routine for every quotation, especially committee ones.

  3. 3

    Build the proof that lasts

Return visits to old jobs, before-and-after pages by building type and a clear warranty explanation.

  4. 4

    Move demand before the rains

Pre-monsoon and summer campaigns for homeowners and committees, and builder and architect outreach for new construction.

  5. 5

    Stay with the building

A yearly pre-monsoon check reminder to every past customer and a warranty visit that often leads to the next job.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do owners really read a contractor's email?
They read a message about their own building, in February, with photographs of their terrace attached. They do not read a newsletter. Most of this works better on WhatsApp than in an inbox.
What do we send a past customer four years on?
A pre-monsoon check offer, the warranty position on their job, and a note on what usually needs attention at that age. Those bring the easiest inspections you will book all year.
How do we get customers to book waterproofing before the monsoon?
Reach them before they are worried. A free terrace inspection offered in February, with photographs of what a July leak did to a ceiling, brings many jobs forward. Past customers due a check are the easiest to book first.
Should we mention the chemical brand we use?
Yes, when you are an approved applicator or use a named system. Homeowners and committees ask about it, and a known brand backing the warranty is often what separates your quote from a cheaper one.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
