Write the answers an owner wants before paying your price.

Content marketing for a web company is publishing what owners ask in every first meeting, such as what a site costs, who owns the domain and why the cheap quote is cheap. GullySales writes those pages and puts them where a prospect reads them before ringing you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For website design and development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The cost question gets answered somewhere else

If your site will not talk about money, the owner reads a freelancer's blog saying fifteen thousand.

  • Ownership is the quiet worry

Owners have been held to ransom over a domain by a previous developer, and one plain page about who holds what settles it.

  • The content checklist does some of the selling

Publishing what you need from a client, and by when, shows an owner the delay would be theirs.

What we do

What we deliver for website design and development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plain page on what a website costs

A starting figure, what raises it, and what a cheap quote leaves out, written for an owner comparing three prices on a phone.

Result: The money conversation starts where you want it.

  2. A page on who owns the domain, hosting and code

Your answer in writing, including what happens if a client leaves you and how accounts are handed over.

Result: The worry a past developer created stops blocking your sale.

  3. The content checklist published, not buried

What you need from a client and by when, with the option of your team writing and photographing it for a fee, on a page you can send before the kick-off.

Result: Projects stall less, and a delay is agreed in advance.

  4. An honest platform comparison

WordPress against Shopify against a custom build, including the cases where you would tell an owner not to pay for the third.

Result: An owner trusts the recommendation because you argued against yourself.

  5. One case write-up a month

The problem, the build and what changed for the business, written from the project notes and a short call with the developer who did the work.

Result: Proof builds up without becoming a writing project.

  6. A quarterly plan with dates and a writer

Topics fixed three months out, with who drafts and who approves each one marked against a week.

Result: Something goes out even in a launch month.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for website design and development companies

  1. 1

    Assess

In a free audit we look at where your projects come from, your average project value, how often scope grew, and how many clients stayed on after launch.

  2. 2

    Choose the focus

A decision on which site types and industries to lead with, written into your website and proposals.

  3. 3

    Fix the scoping

A scoping call, a tiered proposal, a content plan and a change request note used on every project.

  4. 4

    Fill the pipeline

Case pages, partner referrals and campaigns aimed at the site types you chose.

  5. 5

    Keep the client

Maintenance, hosting and upgrade offers so each site stays your account.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why a studio brings us in for its own pipeline.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

We work the part after the enquiry as well: the reply, the follow-up, the proposal and the CRM your own pipeline runs on.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we publish our prices?
Publish a starting figure and what moves it. You lose the ten thousand rupee enquiries, which is the whole point of writing it down.
What should a studio write about?
The parts of buying a website that confuse owners: cost, ownership, content, hosting and what happens the week after launch.
How do we compete with cheap template websites?
Do not try to match the price. Ask what the site must do, such as bring dealer enquiries or load fast on a 4G phone. Then show which of those jobs a ₹10,000 template will not handle.
Who should own the domain and hosting?
The client, in their own name, with you managing it under a maintenance contract. It builds trust at the proposal stage and removes a common reason clients hesitate.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
