Website design and development companies · Lead generation

Sort the owner who needs a site from one who needs a rebrand.

Lead generation for a web company is bringing enquiries in and finding out, before anyone writes a proposal, what the owner actually wants built. GullySales sets the questions asked on the first call and records where every signed project came from.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For website design and development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • I need a website means something bigger

The owner wants a logo, photographs and a catalogue, calls all of it a website, and the quote never matches the brief.

  • A full proposal is free to shop with

Twelve pages of scope sent to a stranger travels to the freelancer who will do it for a third.

  • Renewal dates are a list of warm calls

Every hosting date you hold names a client thinking about their website, and nobody opens the list.

What we do

What we deliver for website design and development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A first-call script that separates the two enquiries

Questions that establish whether the owner wants a site, a rebrand, a catalogue or photographs, and what they expect it to do for the business.

Result: You quote for the job the owner actually has.

  2. A one-page scope note before the full proposal

The build, the exclusions and a price band on a single page, with the detailed document held back until there is a paid discovery or a serious call.

Result: Your scoping work stops walking to a cheaper developer.

  3. A budget question you are comfortable asking

The wording for asking what an owner has set aside, and what to say when the answer is ten thousand rupees.

Result: The half-hour call goes to somebody who can pay.

  4. A call list from your hosting and domain records

Every past client's renewal date, platform version and build year in one sheet, with the month to ring marked against each.

Result: Old projects produce work without a cold start.

  5. A build partner note for agencies

A page and a short note for marketing and advertising agencies that need landing pages and client sites, carrying your rates, turnaround and how white label work is handled.

Result: Projects arrive already scoped by somebody else.

  6. A record of which source pays for itself

Each enquiry and each signed project marked with where it came from, so the monthly report shows work won by channel rather than visits.

Result: The referral source that actually pays gets your attention.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for website design and development companies

  1. 1

    Assess

In a free audit we look at where your projects come from, your average project value, how often scope grew, and how many clients stayed on after launch.

  2. 2

    Choose the focus

A decision on which site types and industries to lead with, written into your website and proposals.

  3. 3

    Fix the scoping

A scoping call, a tiered proposal, a content plan and a change request note used on every project.

  4. 4

    Fill the pipeline

Case pages, partner referrals and campaigns aimed at the site types you chose.

  5. 5

    Keep the client

Maintenance, hosting and upgrade offers so each site stays your account.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why a studio brings us in for its own pipeline.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

We work the part after the enquiry as well: the reply, the follow-up, the proposal and the CRM your own pipeline runs on.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we stop quoting for people who never pay?
Ask about money on the first call, plainly. An owner who will not give a range is comparing you with a nephew.
Where do projects come from when referrals dry up?
Past clients, agencies needing a build partner, and the trades you have already built for. Tag every enquiry so you feed what works.
How do we compete with cheap template websites?
Do not try to match the price. Ask what the site must do, such as bring dealer enquiries or load fast on a 4G phone. Then show which of those jobs a ₹10,000 template will not handle.
Who should own the domain and hosting?
The client, in their own name, with you managing it under a maintenance contract. It builds trust at the proposal stage and removes a common reason clients hesitate.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
