GullySales

Website design and development companies · Reputation management

Answer the review from the client whose site went live late.

Reputation management for a web company means handling what past clients and freelancers say in public, because an owner reads it before handing over their site and their domain. GullySales watches the mentions, drafts the replies and asks for reviews while a launch is fresh.

A statue plinth seen close: the bronze figure implied only by its feet and the hem of its drapery above the top of the frame, one face of the stone pedestal scrubbed pale and the other still grimy and carrying a scrawl of paint, with a pressure hose coiled on the steps beside a bucket, brushes and cloths

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For website design and development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The late launch was usually missing content

The client never sent the product photographs, the site went live two months behind, and the review blames the studio.

  • A site going down is a review within the hour

An expired domain puts a shop offline, and the owner writes about it while the page is still broken.

  • The review has to be asked for in launch week

An owner is happiest the day the site goes live. By the last invoice, that has worn off.

What we do

What we deliver for website design and development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A review ask timed to the launch

A short request sent in the week the site goes live, to the person who signed it off, with the link and a line about what is worth mentioning.

Result: Reviews arrive while the owner is still pleased.

  2. Replies drafted for delay and scope complaints

A factual response to the review that blames you for a late launch, setting out the dates and what was waiting, agreed with you before it goes up.

Result: The thread ends instead of growing.

  3. Alerts on the studio name and the founder's name

Watches on search, review sites and social, so a post from a client or an unpaid freelancer reaches you before it reaches a prospect.

Result: Nothing about you is discovered by a buyer first.

  4. A file of what was agreed and when

Sign-offs, content deadlines and change requests kept per project, so a public claim about a delay can be answered with dates rather than feeling.

Result: An argument about who held the project up ends in one reply.

  5. Profiles on the listings your buyers check

Clutch, GoodFirms and your Google profile kept current, with reviews requested from the projects you are proudest of.

Result: A shortlist of three studios reads real work on yours.

  6. The complaint that keeps repeating, fixed

The themes pulled out of reviews and client messages each month, with the change to make inside the studio so the same review is not written again.

Result: You stop answering the same criticism every quarter.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for website design and development companies

  1. 1

    Assess

In a free audit we look at where your projects come from, your average project value, how often scope grew, and how many clients stayed on after launch.

  2. 2

    Choose the focus

A decision on which site types and industries to lead with, written into your website and proposals.

  3. 3

    Fix the scoping

A scoping call, a tiered proposal, a content plan and a change request note used on every project.

  4. 4

    Fill the pipeline

Case pages, partner referrals and campaigns aimed at the site types you chose.

  5. 5

    Keep the client

Maintenance, hosting and upgrade offers so each site stays your account.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why a studio brings us in for its own pipeline.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

We work the part after the enquiry as well: the reply, the follow-up, the proposal and the CRM your own pipeline runs on.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

A client is threatening a bad review. What do we say?
Reply once with the dates and what was pending on their side, then give a date you can hold. Arguing in public is what people read.
Do reviews matter when work comes from referrals?
Yes. A referred owner searches your name before ringing, and one unanswered complaint outweighs the recommendation that sent them.
How do we compete with cheap template websites?
Do not try to match the price. Ask what the site must do, such as bring dealer enquiries or load fast on a 4G phone. Then show which of those jobs a ₹10,000 template will not handle.
Who should own the domain and hosting?
The client, in their own name, with you managing it under a maintenance contract. It builds trust at the proposal stage and removes a common reason clients hesitate.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
