Spas · Sales enablement

Give the front desk a price list and a script that closes the package upsell.

Sales enablement for a spa means giving reception staff the price sheets, package comparisons and scripts they need to answer a booking question and pitch a membership without guessing. GullySales builds these tools from your actual treatments and packages so every staff member gives the same confident answer.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What sales enablement means

Sales enablement is giving a sales team the tools it needs to sell, such as scripts, brochures, pricing sheets and a working CRM, rather than teaching a skill. GullySales builds and keeps these tools current so a salesperson is never explaining a product from memory alone.

For spas

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A one-page package comparison beats a memorised pitch”

A laminated sheet comparing a single massage price against a four-session monthly package lets any receptionist show the saving instantly, rather than explaining it differently each time.

  • “New therapists need the same script as the front desk”

A therapist who can mention a couple package or a facial add-on at the right moment during a treatment closes sales the reception desk alone cannot reach.

  • “Objection answers for the hygiene question”

A first-time visitor's most common hesitation is about cleanliness of linen and equipment between clients, and staff need a specific, confident answer ready rather than a vague reassurance.

What we do

What we deliver for spas.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. One-page price and package comparison sheet

A laminated sheet at reception showing a single session price against the saving on a package, ready to hand a customer.

Result: Any staff member can show the saving without explaining it from memory.

  2. Objection answers for hygiene and price

Written, confident answers to the most common hesitations about cleanliness and cost, for reception and therapists.

Result: A hesitant customer gets a specific answer instead of an uncertain one.

  3. Therapist upsell script for mid-treatment moments

Short, natural wording for a therapist to mention a package or add-on partway through a treatment.

Result: A relaxed, receptive customer hears the offer at the right moment.

  4. WhatsApp reply templates for common questions

Ready wording for price, availability and package questions that arrive on WhatsApp, matching what reception says in person.

Result: A WhatsApp enquiry gets the same confident answer as a phone call.

  5. Onboarding pack for new sales conversations

A short document for new reception and therapist hires covering the price sheet, scripts and hygiene answers.

Result: A new hire gives the same answers as the rest of the team from day one.

How the result is measured

  • Tools in active use
  • Time to onboard a new salesperson
  • Consistency of pitch across the team

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What your front desk carries

One price page and a short script keep every therapist saying the same thing.

Treatment and package comparison
Massage types, duration, price, session packs with their validity and inclusions such as steam or oil. The spa manager updates it when oil or therapist costs change.
Hygiene answer card
How towels are washed, how a room is reset between guests, what is sanitised and how oils are stored. Written from the real routine and checked by the spa manager.
Pre-booking health questions
Pregnancy, skin conditions, recent surgery and allergies, asked before a treatment is booked. The senior therapist owns the list, and the desk makes no medical claims.
Mid-treatment add-on lines
Two or three lines a therapist can say, such as a scalp add-on or a session pack, with no pressure. The manager approves them so the desk repeats the same offer.
Gift card and package terms
Validity, transfers and refunds written in plain words on one card. The owner signs it so a front desk never invents an exception.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the sales enablement work runs

  1. 1

    Audit existing material and tools

We gather what already exists across the team, however scattered.

  2. 2

    Organise the library

Material is structured so anyone can find what they need without asking a colleague.

  3. 3

    Fill the gaps

Missing battle cards, guides or answers are identified and built.

  4. 4

    Build the onboarding pathway

A clear route through the material for new hires' first weeks is set.

  5. 5

    Maintain and refresh

An ongoing schedule keeps material current as products, competitors and the team change.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to retrain staff often?
A short refresh whenever a new package or treatment launches is usually enough, alongside the initial training.
Does this help with phone and WhatsApp too?
Yes, most spas now take as many bookings on WhatsApp as by phone, and the same price sheets and scripts need to work there.
How do we stop staff giving discounts that are not on the sheet?
Put the only permitted offers on the price page and make any exception a manager's decision recorded in a book. Therapists then have nothing to improvise, and regulars get the same terms from every shift.
Should the package sheet also be on our website and Maps listing?
Yes, with the same prices and the same date as the printed page. Update all three together whenever a price changes. A guest who finds a lower price online and is refused at the desk loses trust quickly.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
