GullySales

Personal branding · Founders and owners

A buyer approving a first purchase order wants to know who runs the plant.

For a factory owner this is the visibility of the promoter behind the unit. A procurement head, a buying agent or an overseas importer looks you up while deciding whether to risk a first order. GullySales writes that in your words and keeps it inside what you can actually show.

Where this sits

For manufacturers and industrialists

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Vendor registration is paperwork until somebody searches you

The forms are filled, the questionnaire is answered, the audit date is fixed. Then a procurement manager types the promoter's name into Google to settle a doubt he has not written down anywhere.

  • The exhibition badge is useless by the following week

Three days, forty conversations, a stack of cards. The buyers who remember you are the ones who found something when they looked you up on the flight home, and the rest merge into every other stall.

  • An importer cannot inspect before the first container

A buyer in Sharjah or Hamburg is choosing between three Indian suppliers on whatever evidence exists online. Photographs of a shop floor and a promoter with a name behind them beat a catalogue PDF.

  • Price is all you have left to argue with

When nothing separates you from the unit down the road, the buyer negotiates on rate because you have given him no other axis. Process knowledge is the axis, and it is sitting unwritten in your head.

What we do

What we deliver for manufacturers and industrialists.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A promoter profile a procurement team can file

Years in the line, the processes you run in house, the machines, the certifications you actually hold and their numbers. Nothing stated that you could not produce on the day of an audit.

Result: The buyer's internal note about you writes itself, and it is accurate.

  2. A monthly hour, usually after the shift

One call about a job that went wrong on the floor, a rejection you had to take back, or why you refused a specification.

Result: Technical material in the words you use with your own supervisors.

  3. The explanation your competitors will not publish

Why a material grade matters, what a tolerance costs, where a cheaper process fails in service. Written for the engineer who evaluates you, not for a general audience.

Result: A technical buyer treats you as a source rather than as a rate.

  4. Trade fair follow-up that points at a person

A profile ready before the show, a printed note with your name on it, and a follow-up sequence in the week after while the buyer still remembers the conversation.

Result: Enquiries from a stand that carry on after the stand comes down.

  5. The plant described and photographed

The shop floor, the inspection area, the despatch bay, with a caption saying what happens there. Taken once, used everywhere.

Result: A buyer who cannot visit has seen the unit before the video call.

  6. Marketplace enquiries answered by a name

Your IndiaMART and directory listings carrying the promoter's profile, so a new enquiry meets a person rather than a template reply.

Result: Fewer enquiries that go cold between the first message and the quotation.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries that name you or came through your profile
  • Searches for your name, from Search Console
  • Profile views and connection requests from your industry
  • Speaking invitations, press enquiries and podcast requests
  • Posts published against posts planned, and what held up the rest

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for manufacturers and industrialists

  1. 1

Work out whether this is even your bottleneck

The audit call covers how enquiries reach you today. Plenty of owners come asking for this and leave with a report saying the company's own site is the weaker link, and that comes first.

  2. 2

Search your own name with you

We look at what a buyer sees today: every profile, old listing and photograph. Some of it you will want taken down, and some of it only you can take down.

  3. 3

Agree what you will and will not say

The subjects you know cold, the ones that belong to your clients, and the lines your regulator or association draws. Written down before anything is published.

  4. 4

    Rebuild the profiles

The bio page, LinkedIn and the directories that matter in your field, done once and done properly.

  5. 5

    The monthly rhythm

Interview, drafts, your approval, publication. The interview is the only part that needs you, and it is the part that cannot be skipped.

  6. 6

    Hand it over

The subject list, the drafting notes and the calendar are yours. Plenty of owners keep it running themselves after a few months, and that is a fair outcome.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

  • Burhani Hydroline

    Situation
The website was dated. Menus were hard to follow, pages were slow, and it did not work properly on a phone, which is where a buyer looks first.
    What we did
    • Research before design
    • Wireframes and prototypes
    • The full product catalogue
    • An online checkout
    Result
No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

  • HOPO Hardware

    Situation
There was no website or online platform of any kind, so nothing showed the products, their features or their technical specifications. A dealer who wanted a specification had to ask for it every time.
    What we did
    • Website and product catalogue
    • Logo and colour palette
    • Printed stationery
    • Social accounts opened
    Result
No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

  • Natural Gases

    Situation
Buyers in this field size up a supplier before they enquire. They want to see the range, the plant and the industries already being served.
    What we did
    • Brand identity for the gas trade
    • A corporate website
    • Social channels set up
    • Google Business page
    Result
No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We supply four OEMs and they already know us. Why bother?
Because four customers is a concentration risk, and every one of them will change its buying head eventually. When that happens you start from zero with a stranger. A public record of who you are shortens that restart, and it is the only part of the relationship you control.
Most of what we make is under a confidentiality agreement.
Then none of it gets named. We write about the process, the problem and the decision rather than the part or the customer, and no client is identified without written permission from them. Your legal or export documentation team sees anything you are unsure about before it goes out.
I am on the floor all day and the office is not my place.
One hour a month, and it can be on the floor with a phone. If even that is not going to happen, do not buy this. Put the budget into the catalogue, the website and your marketplace listings, which do not need your voice.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
