Regional influencer marketing · Marketing

Pick the creator by where their followers live, not the language they post in.

Influencer and creator marketing covers the whole arrangement: finding a creator, agreeing a fee, and checking what goes out. This page is the version where the audience has to be in one place.

In one paragraph

Regional influencer marketing pays creators who post in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali or Hindi to feature your product for an audience in one state or city. GullySales checks where a creator's followers actually live before agreeing a fee, buys the usage rights with the post, and puts a countable response route in the caption.

Language is a poor way to find that audience. A creator posting in Kannada can have a large share of their followers outside Karnataka, and a Hindi creator in Mumbai reaches almost nobody in Patna. What matters is where the followers live, and that number sits inside the creator's own account.

So we ask to see that screen live, on a call, instead of taking a screenshot on trust. Then we talk about money.

The problem

Does this sound like your business?

What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.

  • The views were huge and nobody walked in

Views count plays, not people near you. A post that travelled across the country is worth less to one shop than a post that stayed inside its own district.

  • We saw a screenshot of the numbers, never the account

Follower counts and audience splits can be edited before a screenshot is sent. Asking the creator to share their screen on a call takes two minutes and settles it.

  • The script was translated and it sounded translated

A line written in English and converted word for word lands flat in Kannada or Tamil. The viewer hears an advertisement in the first sentence and scrolls.

  • We wanted to run the post as an advertisement and had to pay again

The fee buys the post. Running it as paid media, or using it on your own website, is a separate right that costs far more once the post has already done well.

What we do

Everything that is included.

Each deliverable, and what it gets you. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Audience location check, on a call

The creator shares their own account screen and we read the city and state split, the age split and the saves. Not a screenshot forwarded over WhatsApp.

  2. Shortlist by district and language

Creators grouped by where their audience sits rather than by follower count, so a smaller account inside your catchment is compared fairly against a bigger one outside it.

  3. Fee and deliverable in writing

What is being posted, in which format, on which date, how long it stays up, and what a reshare or a story costs, settled before the shoot.

  4. Usage rights bought with the post

The right to run the content as paid media and to use it on your own pages, priced at the start while you still have room to negotiate.

  5. Brief of facts, not a script

The creator gets the claims, the offer, the price and the things that must not be said, then writes it in their own words and their own dialect.

  6. Disclosure and claim check

The paid partnership label on the post, and a read of every claim before publishing, because the advertiser carries the risk for what a creator says about a product.

  7. A response route in the caption

A code, a WhatsApp link or a campaign number, so a viewer who wants to buy has somewhere to go and you have something to count.

How the result is measured

  • Share of a creator's audience inside your catchment
  • Messages and calls traced to each creator's code
  • Cost per enquiry by creator, not cost per view
  • Saves and shares against plain view counts
  • Content reusable as paid media, by the rights held

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for you if these sound familiar.

  • Shops, clinics and restaurants whose buyers live within a few kilometres and speak one language at home
  • Consumer brands entering one new state who need voices people there already trust
  • Builders and jewellers whose buyer checks a local creator before they ever open the website
  • Owners who paid a national creator, got a pile of views and no enquiries from their own city

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Industrial sellers whose buyer is a purchase manager, since a reel does not reach a factory's buying committee
  • Anyone who wants a creator to say something the creator does not believe, which shows in the first ten seconds
  • A business that cannot answer the messages a good post produces on the same day they arrive

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the regional influencer marketing work runs

  1. 1

Fix the catchment and the language

We agree which districts your buyer lives in and which language they use at home, because one state is rarely one market.

  2. 2

    Shortlist and verify

Candidates are drawn up, and each one shares their audience split live before any money is discussed.

  3. 3

    Negotiate the deal

Fee, deliverables, dates, exclusivity and usage rights are agreed in one conversation and written down in one place.

  4. 4

    Brief and review

The creator receives the facts and the limits, writes their own script, and the draft is read before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Publish and amplify

The post goes live, and where the rights were bought, the strongest one is put behind paid budget to reach the same district again.

  6. 6

    Count what arrived

Messages, codes and calls are tallied against each creator, and the ones worth repeating are booked again.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a creator with fifty thousand followers big enough?
For one city, usually yes, and a smaller account answers its messages. What decides it is where those followers live and whether they trust the creator on your subject. A food creator selling a water purifier does nothing for you.
Should I write the script for them?
No. Give them the facts, the offer, the price and the things that must not be said, then let them write it. Their audience knows their voice, and the moment the words stop sounding like them the post stops working.
What are usage rights and why buy them at the start?
They are the right to run a creator's content as your own advertisement or on your own pages. Bought upfront, they are one more line in the deal. Bought after a post does well, they cost much more, because the creator now knows what they are holding.
Does the post have to say it is paid?
Yes. Paid promotion carries a disclosure label under India's advertising self-regulation code, and the responsibility sits with you as the advertiser as well as with the creator. Your legal adviser will confirm what your category has to carry, particularly for health, money and products for children.
Can you tell me which sale came from the post?
Only through what you put in the caption. A code, a WhatsApp link or a separate number tells you exactly who came through it. Without one, all you have is a view count and a guess.
How is this priced?
There is no rate card for creators, and two accounts of the same size quote very differently. The creator fee follows who we recommend and which rights you buy. Our fee is settled in the free audit and sits apart from what the creators are paid.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
