Infographic and visual content design · Marketing

Turn a page of facts into one image a buyer understands at a glance.

Some things take three paragraphs to explain and ten seconds to show. How a treatment works, how an order moves from enquiry to delivery, what the difference is between two machines. Buyers skim, and a clear picture does the explaining that a long page does not.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph

Infographic and visual content design is the making of images that explain something: a process, a comparison, a set of steps or a set of figures. GullySales designs them from your own facts, in your brand, sized for your website, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and print.

We design infographics, comparison charts, process diagrams, carousels and one-page explainers from the facts you give us. Every figure comes from you and is checked with you before it is drawn. We do not add numbers to make a graphic look impressive.

A visual is only worth making if it will be used. We design for the places it will actually go: a service page, a WhatsApp broadcast, a LinkedIn post, a brochure or a sales presentation.

The problem

Does this sound like your business?

What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.

  • “Our process is complicated and buyers do not follow it”

The steps are written in a paragraph or a PDF. Buyers skim it, misread it and ask the same questions on the phone.

  • “Our comparison is buried in a table nobody reads”

Specifications and plans sit in a dense table. The buyer cannot see in ten seconds why one option fits them better.

  • “Graphics are made in a rush and look different each time”

Every post uses new colours and fonts. Nothing looks like it came from the same business.

  • “The image looks good on a laptop and unreadable on WhatsApp”

Small text, a wide format and compressed files. On a phone, the buyer sees a blur.

What we do

Everything that is included.

Each deliverable, and what it gets you. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Brief and fact check

A short conversation to agree what the visual must explain and who it is for, with every number and claim confirmed by you before design.

  2. Structure and layout

The story of the visual set out first: what the reader sees first, what comes next, and what they do after.

  3. Custom illustration and icons

Drawn in your brand colours and type, not assembled from the same stock icons every other graphic uses.

  4. Formats for each channel

The same visual sized for a web page, a WhatsApp image, a LinkedIn carousel and print, each readable on its own.

  5. Editable source files

The working files handed over, so your team can update a figure without coming back to us.

  6. Alt text and captions

Written descriptions for each image, so the content is readable by search engines and screen readers.

How the result is measured

  • Time on the page that carries the visual
  • Shares and saves of each visual
  • Questions the visual removes from sales calls
  • Enquiries from pages that carry it
  • Reuse across channels

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for you if these sound familiar.

  • Clinics and hospitals explaining a treatment, a procedure or a recovery in simple steps
  • Manufacturers and exporters comparing products, specifications or processes for buyers
  • Professional firms such as CAs, lawyers and consultants explaining a rule, a filing or a sequence
  • Education and training businesses showing a course path or an admission process
  • Sales teams that need one-page visuals to send on WhatsApp or attach to a proposal

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have no facts to put in it, a graphic cannot create substance that is not there
  • You want a single logo or brand identity, that is logo and visual identity design
  • You want hundreds of generic social posts, that is social media content, not infographic design

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs

  1. 1

    Agree the point

One visual makes one point. We settle what it is, and for whom, before anything is drawn.

  2. 2

    Confirm the facts

You supply the figures and sources. We check them with you and leave out anything you cannot stand behind.

  3. 3

    Sketch and layout

A rough layout comes first, so you can correct the order before the design is polished.

  4. 4

    Design and revise

The final design in your brand, with a round of changes agreed in writing.

  5. 5

    Hand over in every format

Files for each channel and the editable source go to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Engagement options

Ways to work with us.

Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.

  1. Option 1

    The conversation on its own

A call after you send your brief. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.

  2. Option 2

    One fix, scoped

Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

  3. Option 3

    An ongoing programme

We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.

  4. Option 4

Guidance for your own team or agency

We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can you make an infographic from our numbers?
Yes, if the numbers are yours and you can say where they come from. We design them accurately and will not round, add or invent to make a graphic look stronger.
Do infographics help with Google rankings?
A clear visual on a good page keeps readers longer and earns shares, which helps the page. It does not rank by itself, and it does not replace the written content around it.
Will it look like our brand?
Yes. We work from your logo, colours and fonts. If you do not have brand guidelines yet, that is a separate service we can do first.
Can we edit it later?
Yes. You receive the editable source files with the finished images, so a changed figure is a small edit.
Do you make videos as well?
Not under this service. Explainer videos and short-form video are separate services, and a good infographic is often the storyboard for one.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
