Meta catalogue and dynamic product ads · Marketing

Show each shopper the products they have already looked at.

A shopper in Jaipur looks at a block-print bedsheet on your website, leaves, and later opens Instagram. A dynamic product ad can show that same bedsheet, with its current photo and price, drawn from your product catalogue in Meta's commerce tools.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

A marketer reviewing product advert variations and catalogue images

In one paragraph

Catalogue ads on Facebook and Instagram pull products from your feed and show them to the people most likely to want them. GullySales sets up the catalogue, builds the dynamic product ads and recommendation campaigns, and keeps the feed and the ads in step with your store.

The ads are built from a product feed, not designed one by one. That makes them useful for stores with a large range, and it also makes the feed the thing that decides the result. Poor photos, stale prices and unclear titles go straight into the ad.

This page covers catalogue-led advertising on Meta. The general Meta advertising service handles campaigns built around creative and audiences, and the Google Shopping service handles product listings in search. This service depends on a feed that already exists, or one we build with you first.

The problem

Does this sound like your business?

What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.

  • “Visitors look at products and never return”

People browse your store once and move on. Nothing reminds them of the exact product they were considering.

  • “The catalogue and the ads disagree”

A product shown in an ad is sold out or priced differently on the website, and the buyer loses trust at the click.

  • “Every product gets the same treatment”

Best sellers and slow movers sit in one campaign, so spend is spread without regard to margin or demand.

  • “Catalogue errors block products from showing”

Missing fields, broken links and rejected items sit in the account unread, and parts of the range never appear.

What we do

Everything that is included.

Each deliverable, and what it gets you. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Catalogue and feed review

A read of your product data, photos, prices and links, with a list of what to fix before ads begin.

  2. Catalogue set-up and connection

The catalogue connected to your website and your Meta accounts, with product groups arranged around your range.

  3. Dynamic product ads

Ads that draw products from the catalogue and show them to people who viewed or showed interest in them.

  4. Product recommendation campaigns

Campaigns that show related products to new and existing buyers, planned against your margins and stock.

  5. Tracking and measurement

Website events set up so product views, carts and orders are tied back to each ad, checked against the platform's current rules.

How the result is measured

  • Orders and revenue traced to catalogue ads
  • Cost per order against product margin
  • Share of the catalogue approved and live
  • Product views, add-to-cart and purchase events recorded correctly
  • Ad spend against the plan agreed in writing

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for you if these sound familiar.

  • Online stores with their own website and a product range that can be exported as a feed
  • D2C brands that want to bring back visitors who looked at products but did not buy
  • Retailers whose prices or stock change and need ads that follow the catalogue
  • Stores that already run Meta campaigns but only with hand-made single-product ads
  • Owners with a large range who cannot design an ad for every product

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Businesses with no online store or no product catalogue, because the ads have nothing to draw from
  • Stores with only a handful of products, where individually designed ads would serve better
  • Stores whose website has no working product pages or checkout, where the first job is the site
  • Services businesses that do not sell listed products

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs

  1. 1

    Send the requirements brief

You tell us about your store, range, margins and goals. We read it and talk to you before anything is proposed.

  2. 2

Agree scope and fee in writing

Scope, fee and term are sent in writing after the brief, with your ad spend shown separately from our time.

  3. 3

    Prepare the catalogue

Product data and the feed are corrected first, and the website events are checked, so the ads start on clean information.

  4. 4

    Build and launch the ads

Product sets, audiences and ad templates are built around your margins, with tracking confirmed before spend begins.

  5. 5

    Measure and adjust

Results are read against the baseline recorded at the start, and spend moves toward the products that earn it.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Engagement options

Ways to work with us.

Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.

  1. Option 1

    The conversation on its own

A call after you send your brief. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.

  2. Option 2

    One fix, scoped

Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

  3. Option 3

    An ongoing programme

We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.

  4. Option 4

Guidance for your own team or agency

We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a product feed before we start?
Yes, the ads depend on one. If you already have a feed, perhaps from your store platform, we review it. If not, we can discuss building one with you, and scope is agreed in writing.
How is this different from your Meta advertising service?
Meta advertising covers campaigns built around creative and audiences. This service covers ads generated from your catalogue, so the feed decides what is shown.
How is this different from Google Shopping?
Google Shopping places products in front of people searching on Google. Catalogue ads reach people on Facebook and Instagram, as a reminder of what they viewed. Stores can run both, and the two services are planned together.
What does the website need for this to work?
Product pages with clear prices and working links, plus tracking on the site that records product views and purchases. Check the platform's current rules for what is required.
What does it cost?
We do not publish a price. After the requirements brief we send the scope and fee in writing, split into our time, your ad spend and any production costs.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
