Shopify and WooCommerce store marketing · Marketing

Get your Shopify or WooCommerce store found and bought from.

Owners in India often search for help by platform name: Shopify marketing, WooCommerce marketing. The platform decides how pages are built, how products are listed, which apps can be added and how orders are recorded. Marketing a store means working with those details, not around them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph

A store on Shopify or WooCommerce still needs buyers to reach it. GullySales sets the store up for search and ads, connects the product feed and tracking, and plans the email and WhatsApp flows that bring buyers back.

We start with the store as it stands: how products, collections and pages are set up, which apps are installed, how orders and payments are recorded, and whether the tracking can be trusted. Many of the problems that look like an advertising problem begin in the store settings, the product data or a tracking tag that never fired.

This page is about the store itself and the marketing wired into it. Building the website is covered by our e-commerce website development service, and listings on Amazon or Flipkart by our marketplace advertising work. Which of these parts GullySales takes on for your platform is agreed in writing after the requirements brief, and we say plainly where a job needs a platform specialist or a developer you already work with.

The problem

Does this sound like your business?

What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.

  • “The store is live but few people find it”

Product titles, collection pages and descriptions were written to fill a template, so searches for what you sell do not lead to them.

  • “Ads and analytics do not match the orders”

Tracking was set up once, partly, and now the ad account, the analytics tool and the store each report a different number.

  • “Product data is not ready for ads”

Missing identifiers, vague titles and stale prices stop products from being approved or shown in shopping and catalogue ads.

  • “Buyers purchase once and never return”

There is no email or WhatsApp message after the order, so every repeat sale costs as much as the first.

What we do

Everything that is included.

Each deliverable, and what it gets you. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Store review for search and ads

A read of your product pages, collections, navigation, URLs and store settings to decide what to fix first for search and for advertising.

  2. Product data and feed preparation

Titles, descriptions, photos and identifiers prepared so the catalogue can feed Google Shopping and Meta catalogue ads, working with our feed management services.

  3. App review

A list of the apps in ordinary use on the store, what each one does, which are needed and which overlap, so changes are made on purpose.

  4. Tracking set-up

Orders, revenue and key actions connected from the store to your analytics tool and ad accounts, checked against the orders the store records.

  5. Email and WhatsApp flows

Welcome, abandoned cart, order update and repeat-purchase messages planned and written, using your consent records and the platform's current rules.

  6. Paid and organic marketing plan

Search, shopping, social and email work planned around your margins, with ad spend shown separately from our time.

How the result is measured

  • Orders and revenue in the store matched to analytics and ad accounts
  • Share of products approved and live in shopping and catalogue ads
  • Organic visits to product and collection pages
  • Repeat orders from email and WhatsApp flows
  • Ad spend against the plan agreed in writing

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for you if these sound familiar.

  • D2C brands with their own store on Shopify or WooCommerce who want buyers to find the brand directly
  • Owners who moved from marketplaces to their own store and now need traffic of their own
  • Stores that installed several apps over time and no longer know which ones are needed
  • Owners whose order and revenue numbers differ between the store, the ad accounts and the analytics tool
  • Stores that want to bring buyers back through email and WhatsApp instead of paying for every sale again

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Businesses that do not yet have a store, where the first job is building one
  • Stores on a platform other than Shopify or WooCommerce, where another page of ours fits better
  • Owners who want the store built or redesigned and nothing else
  • Owners looking for a fixed result from a plugin or an app alone, because no app does the marketing by itself

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs

  1. 1

    Send the requirements brief

You tell us the platform, the catalogue, the apps in use, your margins and your goals. We read it and talk to you before anything is proposed.

  2. 2

Agree scope and fee in writing

Scope, fee and term are sent in writing after the brief, with ad spend and any app subscriptions shown separately from our time.

  3. 3

Fix the store and the data

Product pages, feed data and tracking are put right first, so marketing starts on information you can trust.

  4. 4

    Switch on the channels

Search, ads, email and WhatsApp work begins in the order agreed, with tracking checked before spend starts.

  5. 5

    Measure and adjust

Results are read against the baseline recorded at the start, and effort moves to the channels and products that earn it.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Engagement options

Ways to work with us.

Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.

  1. Option 1

    The conversation on its own

A call after you send your brief. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.

  2. Option 2

    One fix, scoped

Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

  3. Option 3

    An ongoing programme

We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.

  4. Option 4

Guidance for your own team or agency

We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do you work on both Shopify and WooCommerce?
The scope for your platform is agreed in writing after the requirements brief. We describe the work we will do on it and name any part that needs a specialist or your own developer.
Will you install apps or plugins on our store?
We review the ones in ordinary use and advise which are needed. Any installation or change to the store is agreed in the written scope first, and subscriptions are paid by you.
Do you build or redesign the store?
Not under this page. Store builds sit under our e-commerce website development service. This page covers the marketing and the set-up for search, ads and tracking.
Can we use WhatsApp for order updates?
Yes, where buyers have agreed to receive messages and the platform's current rules are followed. The flows are planned with you in the scope.
What does it cost?
We do not publish a price. After the requirements brief we send the scope and fee in writing, split into our time, your ad spend and any app or tool subscriptions.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
