CRM, lead flow and sales techniques · Content as a sales tool
Send the prospect homework before the meeting and note who did it.
An assignment selling pack is a small set of material a booked prospect reads or watches before the first meeting. It holds a short video, a buyer's guide, a price page and two case studies. This page covers building the pack, asking for the reading, and keeping a read log.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph
An assignment selling pack is a small set of material a booked prospect reads or watches before the first meeting. It holds a short video, a buyer's guide, a price page and two case studies. This page covers building the pack, asking for the reading, and keeping a read log.
A modular kitchen showroom in Jayanagar books six site visits a week. The designer drives forty minutes to each one and spends the first hour explaining materials, hinges and the difference between laminate and acrylic. Two of the six families were never going to spend that kind of money, and the designer finds out only after the hour is gone.
A pack changes the order of things. The family gets a WhatsApp message with a PDF, a three-minute video from the designer and a line that says: please look at these before Thursday. The meeting then starts at the second hour, with people who already know the price range.
The sales head or the owner builds the pack once, and marketing or whoever does your design work puts it into shape. Each rep sends it and writes down in the read log who looked at what. It replaces the habit of re-explaining the same ten facts at every first meeting.
This sits after the person has said yes to a meeting. The educational content page covers material that attracts strangers, and the sales presentation page covers what you say once everyone is in the room. The pack is the bridge between the two.
Where this sits
Topic 11 of 13 in crm, lead flow and sales techniques: content as a sales tool. Content that reps use in live conversations.

- Selling after the sale
If you want this done for you
Every rep builds their own version of the pitch because there is no approved one.
The work
What this is actually like.
“The ask matters more than the material”
A pack sent with no request gets forwarded to nobody and read by nobody. The booking call needs one sentence: we will spend the meeting on your plot, so please see these first. Prospects who agree to that sentence have told you something about how serious they are.
“Keep it to four items”
A folder of fourteen files is a brochure dump. One short video, one buyer's guide that answers the questions reps hear first, one page that shows a real price range, and two case studies. If your rep would not mention an item unprompted, it does not belong.
“Read and unread prospects are a free comparison”
After a few months your log splits into prospects who opened everything and those who opened nothing. Compare their close rates on your own figures. If the readers buy at a higher rate, the pack earns a place in the booking script. If they do not, the pack is the wrong pack.
“Do not message people who did not agree”
Sending a PDF on WhatsApp to a number that only enquired once on a portal is a consent problem as well as a poor first impression. Ask whether WhatsApp is fine on the booking call, note the answer, and check the current rules for business messaging with your own adviser.
What we do
What you end up with.
The documents this topic produces, what each one is for, and how you know it is finished.
The pack itself
One PDF of no more than ten pages, one video of two or three minutes in the buyer's language, and a price page. Name the files so the prospect knows the order: 1 watch first, 2 read, 3 price.
Result: Finished when a prospect can open all of it on a phone with one thumb and no login.
The ask line in the booking script
One sentence added to the call or WhatsApp message that fixes the meeting, and asks for the pack to be reviewed before it. Include a fallback line for the prospect who says no time.
Result: Finished when every rep says the same sentence and you can hear it on a call recording.
The send message
A saved WhatsApp quick reply: greeting, meeting date and time, the three links, and a closing question that invites a reply. Keep it under six lines.
Result: Finished when a rep can send it in under a minute without editing.
The read log
A sheet with columns for prospect, date sent, agreed to review (yes or no), pieces opened, meeting date and outcome. The rep fills it the evening before the meeting by checking the link views or simply asking.
Result: Finished when you can sort the sheet and see readers against non-readers.
The comparison note
After you have enough rows, one paragraph: how many readers closed, how many non-readers closed, how long the first meeting ran in each group.
Result: Finished when the owner can say keep the pack, change it, or stop using it.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
