Employer branding · Healthcare

An embryologist is choosing your laboratory, not your brand.

A fertility clinic stands on its embryology team, and an embryologist weighing one clinic against another asks about the laboratory setup, the witnessing protocol and who runs the lab. Employer branding answers that, and GullySales writes it inside the restrictions that apply to fertility advertising in India.

A colliery lamp room seen from the counter: the roller shutter half up over a deep hatch, rows of cap lamps and their batteries hanging on hooks in the recess behind it, a rack of self-rescuers on the wall above, and a check-board of pegs beside the hatch with a single brass tally hanging on it where a lamp has gone out

In one paragraph

A fertility clinic stands on its embryology team, and an embryologist weighing one clinic against another asks about the laboratory setup, the witnessing protocol and who runs the lab. Employer branding answers that, and GullySales writes it inside the restrictions that apply to fertility advertising in India.

Where this sits

For fertility clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The embryologist is interviewing your laboratory

Incubators, the witnessing system, how cycles are scheduled and who the senior embryologist is. Somebody who has worked in a rushed lab asks all of it, and your site talks about your results instead.

  • Success-rate claims become a promise to your staff too

A number on the home page is read by every candidate as the target they will be held to. Clinics that advertise hardest struggle hardest to keep the people who have to deliver it.

  • Coordinators carry the failed cycles and nobody mentions it

The person who rings a patient after a negative result is doing the hardest job in the building. Advertised as coordination, it attracts people who leave in four months.

  • This is a small circle and it already has a view of you

Embryologists in India train in the same few programmes, know each other, and move between the same clinics. Your reputation as an employer exists whether or not you wrote it.

What we do

What we deliver for fertility clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A laboratory page written for embryologists

The setup, the witnessing protocol, how cycles are scheduled and who leads the lab. No patient detail, no rates, nothing that identifies a case.

Result: A senior embryologist can judge the lab before agreeing to a call.

  2. Role posts for coordinators and counsellors

What the day holds, including the calls nobody wants to make, and what training and support sit around them.

Result: People apply understanding the hardest part of the job.

  3. Clinician and embryologist profiles

Who leads each part of the service, where they trained and what they run. Kept factual and free of claims about outcomes.

Result: Candidates know whose lab and whose unit they would be joining.

  4. Support after a failed cycle, described

What the clinic actually does: the debrief, the rota, who a coordinator can talk to. If none of that exists yet, the page waits until it does.

Result: An honest account of the part of the job candidates worry about.

  5. Material for embryology training programmes

What your lab offers somebody finishing a clinical embryology course, and the route from trainee to working independently.

Result: A line to the few programmes your entire hiring depends on.

How the result is measured

  • Applications received per open role
  • Careers page engagement and time on page
  • Candidate drop-off during the interview process
  • Referral hires as a share of total hires

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for fertility clinics

  1. 1

    Talk to current employees

We interview a cross-section of staff honestly, including some who might raise uncomfortable points.

  2. 2

Find the genuine reasons to join

We identify what is actually true and attractive about working there, rather than generic claims that could apply anywhere.

  3. 3

    Build the careers content

The careers page, job post templates and employee stories are written from what staff actually said.

  4. 4

    Review the candidate experience

We check what happens between application and offer, since branding cannot fix a process that loses candidates through delay.

  5. 5

    Hand over and refresh periodically

Content is handed over for ongoing use and revisited periodically as the team and roles change.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

All case studies
  • IVF Solutions

    Situation
The clinic had next to no presence online. People making one of the most considered decisions of their lives were doing their research somewhere else, and forming a view before the clinic knew they existed.
    What we did
    • Social profiles opened
    • Educational content on a schedule
    • Google Business Profile built out
    • A working feedback loop
    Result
No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we put our success rates in a job post?
Treat that as a legal question rather than a marketing one. The law governing assisted reproduction in India restricts how clinics advertise, including claims about outcomes, and your clinic's registration is what is at stake. We do not write success claims, and your own counsel confirms what your material may say.
Do you find embryologists?
No. There is no recruitment desk here: we hold no CVs, contact nobody, and play no part in offers or payroll. We write what a candidate reads and help your team say what is true.
Our senior embryologist left and we are running short. Should we start now?
Start with the rota, not the page. A short-handed lab cannot show a candidate around without them noticing, and this circle is too small for a bad visit to stay private. The audit report would put cover first, and the writing after.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
