Employer branding · Healthcare

Nurses ask about the duty roster and your careers page talks about beds.

For a hospital, employer branding is what a nurse, a technician or a resident finds when they ask about the duty roster, the ward ratio, the hostel and the consultant they would train under. GullySales writes that material from your own staff, inside the advertising limits that apply to hospitals.

A colliery lamp room seen from the counter: the roller shutter half up over a deep hatch, rows of cap lamps and their batteries hanging on hooks in the recess behind it, a rack of self-rescuers on the wall above, and a check-board of pegs beside the hatch with a single brass tally hanging on it where a lamp has gone out

In one paragraph

For a hospital, employer branding is what a nurse, a technician or a resident finds when they ask about the duty roster, the ward ratio, the hostel and the consultant they would train under. GullySales writes that material from your own staff, inside the advertising limits that apply to hospitals.

Where this sits

For hospitals and hospital chains

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The roster is the job and your page describes the building

Shift length, how many nights run together, the ratio on the ward at three in the morning, and how leave is granted. Nurses compare all of it across three hospitals before they compare pay.

  • A resident is choosing a consultant, not a hospital

Who they would work under, what that unit sees in a week, and whether they get to do anything or only observe. Your departments page lists degrees and answers none of it.

  • Your vacancy circulates as one line typed by a clerk

Nursing jobs move through college placement cells, hostel networks and the person who already works there. The line that gets forwarded is the only description of you a nurse ever reads.

  • Hostel, transport and the night drop decide joining

A nurse arriving from another state asks about accommodation and the ride home after night duty before anything else. Hospitals that write this down fill posts that neighbouring hospitals cannot.

What we do

What we deliver for hospitals and hospital chains.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Careers pages written per cadre

Nursing, technicians, residents and administration described separately, because a staff nurse and a radiographer are not persuaded by the same page.

Result: Each group finds the answers it came for.

  2. The duty roster and ward ratios, stated

Shift patterns, night runs, how leave works, and the ratio on a normal day. Checked with your nursing superintendent so it matches the roster actually worked.

Result: Joiners who knew the hours before they signed, and who stay past the first month.

  3. Department pages naming who a junior trains under

The consultants in each unit, what the department sees, and what a junior is allowed to do in their first year. Kept inside what a hospital may say about its clinical work.

Result: Residents apply to a unit for a reason they can name out loud.

  4. Hostel, mess and transport, described honestly

What exists, what it costs, where it is, and what the night-duty drop looks like. No photograph of a room nobody lives in.

Result: The question every out-of-state nurse asks is answered before the call.

  5. A pack for nursing college placement cells

What your hospital offers a fresh graduate, how the training period runs and who to contact, written for a placement officer to circulate unchanged.

Result: A hiring route that reopens with every batch.

How the result is measured

  • Applications received per open role
  • Careers page engagement and time on page
  • Candidate drop-off during the interview process
  • Referral hires as a share of total hires

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for hospitals and hospital chains

  1. 1

    Talk to current employees

We interview a cross-section of staff honestly, including some who might raise uncomfortable points.

  2. 2

Find the genuine reasons to join

We identify what is actually true and attractive about working there, rather than generic claims that could apply anywhere.

  3. 3

    Build the careers content

The careers page, job post templates and employee stories are written from what staff actually said.

  4. 4

    Review the candidate experience

We check what happens between application and offer, since branding cannot fix a process that loses candidates through delay.

  5. 5

    Hand over and refresh periodically

Content is handed over for ongoing use and revisited periodically as the team and roles change.

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do you supply nurses, or handle the payroll side?
No to both. Recruitment, agency arrangements and payroll sit entirely outside what GullySales does. We write the careers page, the department material and the posts your HR circulates.
Is a careers page allowed? Hospital advertising is restricted.
The councils that register your doctors and your hospital restrict how clinical claims are made, and a careers page naming consultants and departments can fall inside that. We keep the material factual and free of outcome claims. Have your own compliance adviser or council confirm the current position before publication, because the registration at risk is your doctors'.
Our night shift is short-staffed and people leave. Will this help?
It fills the posts faster and empties them just as fast, so you pay for the hiring twice. Staff the nights first. We would rather say that on the audit call than write you a page promising a ward you do not have.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
