Rank for the medium an advertiser searches, not for the word agency.

SEO for an advertising agency means showing up when an advertiser searches for the medium they have already chosen, such as hoarding rates or newspaper ad booking in their city. GullySales rebuilds your own site around those searches and clears the faults keeping it out of results.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For advertising agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The one website you never get to update

Client work always comes first, so the agency site still leads with a campaign from three years ago.

  • Advertisers search by medium, not by craft

A separate page for hoardings, for the city edition and for FM radio gives each of those searches something to find.

  • Work you cannot name can still rank

Write the page around the category, the medium and the season, and leave the brand out until the client agrees.

What we do

What we deliver for advertising agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each medium you sell

Separate pages for hoardings and transit media, the city edition, FM radio and cinema, written in the words an advertiser uses when asking for a rate.

Result: The advertiser who has already chosen the medium finds you.

  2. A page for each advertiser category you want more of

One page on launch advertising for developers, one on admission season for institutions, one on festive retail, each carrying the work you have done in it.

Result: A marketing head opens a page that sounds like their own brief.

  3. Campaign write-ups that rank without naming the client

Your work section rebuilt around the category, the medium and the season, with the brand left out until you hold written permission to use it.

Result: Confidential campaigns still earn you search traffic.

  4. A technical clean-up of the agency site

Load speed, broken links, missing titles and the stray pages left behind by past redesigns, fixed on the one site nobody in the studio has time to open.

Result: Your site stops being the job that never gets scheduled.

  5. Monthly search reporting by page

Position, traffic and enquiries for each medium and category page, set against the baseline recorded at the free audit.

Result: You know which page brought the brief.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for advertising agencies

  1. 1

    Assess

A free audit of where your last year's billing came from, which clients repeated, which went quiet, and who holds each relationship.

  2. 2

    Set the position

A decision on which advertiser categories and media you lead with, written into the deck and website.

  3. 3

    Build the pipeline

An advertiser calendar with every client's season, and a pitch kit ready for the next brief.

  4. 4

    Reach out early

Category campaigns timed to launches, admissions and festivals, plus referral relationships with media owners.

  5. 5

    Review and renew

Post-campaign reviews with each client and a plan for next season before this one is billed.

Why us

Why a studio brings us in for its own pipeline.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

We work the part after the enquiry as well: the reply, the follow-up, the proposal and the CRM your own pipeline runs on.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need SEO if every brief comes from referrals?
Yes. The referral looks you up before ringing, and a stale site makes you look smaller than you are.
Can we publish campaigns clients will not let us name?
Describe the category, the medium and the result, and keep the brand out until you have it in writing.
Can a traditional agency still grow when clients are moving to digital?
Yes, if it stops selling media alone. Builders, institutions and retailers still spend on print, radio and outdoor, and an agency that can plan those alongside digital keeps the whole budget.
Should we take part in pitches that ask for free creative?
Only when the account is worth it and the odds are fair. Ask how many agencies are pitching and whether a pitch fee is paid, and decline briefs where the creative could simply be taken and handed to a cheaper supplier.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
