Aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics · Branding

Look like a medical practice, because that is what you are selling.

Branding for an aesthetic clinic decides whether a patient reads you as a doctor's practice or as a salon that bought a laser. GullySales settles the name, the look and what the clinic may claim, then applies it to the board outside, the plan document and every branch.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The word advanced on your board is a claim

Superlatives and wording that suggests a guaranteed outcome sit inside what the councils restrict, with your doctor's registration at stake. Your council or adviser decides the words and the signage follows.

  • The doctor's name is the asset the clinic is borrowing

Patients search the surgeon, not the chain. Decide early whether the practice is built on that name, because it changes the logo, the website and what happens the day they leave.

  • Your consultation room brands you before the logo does

A patient judges the room, the aftercare sheet and the receipt long before they notice the colours. Here the brand is the plan document and the counsellor's folder.

What we do

What we deliver for aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A name and positioning decision, written down

Whether the practice leads with the doctor or the clinic, which treatments it wants to be known for, and what it says to a patient comparing it with a salon.

Result: Everyone stops describing the clinic differently.

  2. A claims and wording list cleared by your doctor

The phrases the clinic uses and the ones it will not, checked against the advertising restrictions your registration sits under and approved once.

Result: Signage, ads and pages all say the same permitted thing.

  3. Identity applied to what patients actually touch

The board outside, reception, the treatment plan, the EMI sheet, the aftercare card and the WhatsApp reply, all reading as one clinic.

Result: You look the same at the signal and at the billing counter.

  4. A branch standard so the fourth clinic matches the first

Signage sizes, interior elements, staff coats, consultation room layout and the document set, written as a kit for new branches and franchisees.

Result: A new clinic opens looking like yours, not like its landlord's idea.

  5. Photography and video of your own clinic and doctors

A shoot covering the doctors, the equipment, the rooms and a real consultation, with written consent from anyone who appears.

Result: You stop running a practice on pictures of other people's clinics.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

This is written for these aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics

  1. 1

    Count the funnel

From last quarter's leads, consultations, signed plans and completed packages, we record where patients are lost and which treatments carry the revenue.

  2. 2

    Check the claims

Pages, ads, before-and-after posts and offers are reviewed against the rules for doctors and dentists, and anything that promises an outcome is rewritten.

  3. 3

    Fix the consultation

Counsellors get the first-call script, the written treatment plan format, the EMI explainer and a follow-up schedule for patients still deciding.

  4. 4

    Bring in the right patients

Treatment pages, search campaigns and lead forms are aimed at the treatments with the best margin and free doctor time, with fewer free-consultation offers.

  5. 5

    Finish the package, then ask

Session reminders, missed-session calls and a review or referral request once the patient can see their own result.

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the clinic be named after the doctor?
It depends on whether you plan branches or partners. A doctor's name earns trust fastest and is the hardest thing to grow past. A clinic name with the doctor featured on every treatment page gets most of that trust without the ceiling.
Can we call ourselves the best clinic in the city?
That is the kind of wording the councils restrict, and the risk sits with your doctor's registration rather than your marketing budget. Say what you do and how many cases you have done. Your own council or adviser should confirm the exact words.
Can an aesthetic clinic show before-and-after photos?
With care. The National Medical Commission (NMC) rules for doctors and the Dental Council code for dentists restrict advertising that promises results or solicits patients. Each photo needs written patient consent, honest context such as the number of sessions, and no wording that suggests the same result for everyone. We check each one with your doctor before it is used.
Should we offer free consultations to get more leads?
Usually not as the headline. Free consultations fill the diary with people who were curious, not decided. A modest fee adjusted against treatment, or a clearly stated price basis, brings fewer and far better leads.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
