Aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics · Pay per click advertising

Buy the patient who has already decided, not the one collecting free consultations.

Paid advertising for an aesthetic clinic buys attention on Google and Meta for treatments people fund from savings. GullySales writes the ads inside the restrictions your doctors work under, puts a qualifying question on the form, and moves spend to the treatments that get signed.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Free consultation is the cheapest lead and the worst one

An offer with no fee fills the diary with people who wanted a price. A consultation fee adjusted against treatment cuts the count and raises how many turn up.

  • Before-and-after creative is the ad that gets pulled

Platforms apply their own rules to images of someone's body and to wording about appearance, and what is allowed shifts. Creative is cleared before it runs, not after the account is restricted.

  • Search and Meta buy two different patients

Someone typing implant cost in your city is weeks ahead of someone who stopped on a reel. One landing page and one call script cannot serve both.

What we do

What we deliver for aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns split by treatment and by margin

Separate search campaigns for transplant, implants, aligners and laser packages, budgeted against what each earns and how much doctor time it takes.

Result: Spend follows the chair you actually want filled.

  2. A qualifying question on every lead form

Treatment, timeline and preferred branch asked on the form itself, with the free-for-all offer replaced by a stated consultation fee or price basis.

Result: Fewer names reach the counsellor, and more of them arrive.

  3. Copy and creative cleared before it runs

Wording and images checked against the restrictions your doctors are registered under and against each platform's own rules, with consent on file for any patient shown.

Result: Ads run instead of sitting in review or costing you the account.

  4. A landing page per campaign, not the home page

The implant campaign lands on implants, with the scan, the systems used and the EMI figure, and a form that matches what the ad promised.

Result: The click you paid for does not have to go looking.

  5. Same-hour reply built into the campaign

Who rings a new lead, inside what minutes, and what is said first to an enquiry that arrived at midnight from a bed.

Result: The lead is spoken to while the patient still remembers filling the form.

  6. Cost per signed plan, not cost per lead

Reporting that follows each enquiry through consultation and signing, by treatment and by channel, against the baseline recorded at the audit.

Result: You can stop a campaign that looked cheap and sold nothing.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics.

  • Hair transplant and hair restoration centres
  • Laser hair removal and skin laser clinics
  • Aesthetic medicine clinics offering injectables, peels and skin boosters
  • Cosmetic dentistry practices for aligners, veneers and smile design
  • Dental implant centres
  • Cosmetic and plastic surgery practices

  • Multi-branch aesthetic chains and franchise clinics
  • Doctor-led clinics that started inside a dermatology or dental practice

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics

  1. 1

    Count the funnel

From last quarter's leads, consultations, signed plans and completed packages, we record where patients are lost and which treatments carry the revenue.

  2. 2

    Check the claims

Pages, ads, before-and-after posts and offers are reviewed against the rules for doctors and dentists, and anything that promises an outcome is rewritten.

  3. 3

    Fix the consultation

Counsellors get the first-call script, the written treatment plan format, the EMI explainer and a follow-up schedule for patients still deciding.

  4. 4

    Bring in the right patients

Treatment pages, search campaigns and lead forms are aimed at the treatments with the best margin and free doctor time, with fewer free-consultation offers.

  5. 5

    Finish the package, then ask

Session reminders, missed-session calls and a review or referral request once the patient can see their own result.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Our Meta forms give us hundreds of names and almost no patients. What changes?
The form, and the hour it is called. One question about the treatment and the timeline removes most of the accidental taps. After that the counsellor has to ring inside the hour, because a name that goes cold overnight rarely answers again.
Should we put a price in the ad?
A basis for the price, yes. Saying what decides it, per graft or per sitting, brings fewer clicks and better ones. A flat number invites the clinic down the road to undercut it by a thousand rupees the same week.
Can an aesthetic clinic show before-and-after photos?
With care. The National Medical Commission (NMC) rules for doctors and the Dental Council code for dentists restrict advertising that promises results or solicits patients. Each photo needs written patient consent, honest context such as the number of sessions, and no wording that suggests the same result for everyone. We check each one with your doctor before it is used.
Should we offer free consultations to get more leads?
Usually not as the headline. Free consultations fill the diary with people who were curious, not decided. A modest fee adjusted against treatment, or a clearly stated price basis, brings fewer and far better leads.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
