Aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics · Lead generation

The enquiry that arrives at midnight is cold by the time you ring at noon.

Lead generation for an aesthetic clinic means getting the right enquiry in, then speaking to it before the patient rings the next clinic. GullySales sets the qualifying questions, writes the first call, and builds the follow-up that runs through the fortnight a patient takes to decide.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A rate asked on WhatsApp is not an enquiry yet

Plenty of what a clinic receives is one line asking the price. The reply decides whether that person books a consultation or screenshots your number into a comparison.

  • The spouse who was not in the room decides the case

A transplant or full-mouth implant bill gets discussed at home before anyone signs. Send the written plan in a form the patient can forward, because the second reader has the harder questions.

  • A patient who says they will think about it has told you something

Ask what the hesitation is, write it down, and answer that one thing on the call three days later. Most clinics record nothing and ring nobody.

What we do

What we deliver for aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Qualifying questions asked at first contact

Treatment, timeline, branch and how the patient expects to pay, asked on the website form, the Meta form and the first WhatsApp reply.

Result: The counsellor knows which enquiry to ring first.

  2. A first-call script written per treatment

What to ask a transplant enquiry, what to ask an aligner enquiry, and how to answer the rate question without quoting a final figure on a phone call.

Result: The call ends with a consultation and a date, not a price.

  3. Reminders that cut consultation no-shows

A confirmation on WhatsApp, a reminder the evening before, and a call on the morning itself to anyone who has not replied.

Result: More of the people who booked walk in.

  4. The written plan the patient takes home

Grafts, sittings or stages, the total, the monthly figure and any processing fee, in one document that can be forwarded to whoever else is deciding.

Result: The conversation at home happens over your numbers.

  5. A follow-up run for the fortnight after the consultation

Dated calls and messages built around the objection the patient actually raised, ending in a yes, a no or a reason worth recording.

Result: Nobody is lost simply because no one rang again.

  6. Every enquiry, objection and outcome in the CRM

Source, treatment, consultation date, plan value, objection and next follow-up recorded against the patient and reported monthly against the audit baseline.

Result: You can see where patients stop, treatment by treatment.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics

  1. 1

    Count the funnel

From last quarter's leads, consultations, signed plans and completed packages, we record where patients are lost and which treatments carry the revenue.

  2. 2

    Check the claims

Pages, ads, before-and-after posts and offers are reviewed against the rules for doctors and dentists, and anything that promises an outcome is rewritten.

  3. 3

    Fix the consultation

Counsellors get the first-call script, the written treatment plan format, the EMI explainer and a follow-up schedule for patients still deciding.

  4. 4

    Bring in the right patients

Treatment pages, search campaigns and lead forms are aimed at the treatments with the best margin and free doctor time, with fewer free-consultation offers.

  5. 5

    Finish the package, then ask

Session reminders, missed-session calls and a review or referral request once the patient can see their own result.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many of our enquiries should become consultations?
Measure it before arguing about it. The audit takes last quarter's enquiries by treatment and source and counts how many reached the chair. Once that number exists, lead quality stops being an opinion.
Who should call the leads, the front desk or a counsellor?
A counsellor, for anything above a skin sitting. The front desk is booking appointments and handling walk-ins, so a transplant enquiry at four in the afternoon waits. A named person with a call list and a follow-up date is what moves the number.
Can an aesthetic clinic show before-and-after photos?
With care. The National Medical Commission (NMC) rules for doctors and the Dental Council code for dentists restrict advertising that promises results or solicits patients. Each photo needs written patient consent, honest context such as the number of sessions, and no wording that suggests the same result for everyone. We check each one with your doctor before it is used.
Should we offer free consultations to get more leads?
Usually not as the headline. Free consultations fill the diary with people who were curious, not decided. A modest fee adjusted against treatment, or a clearly stated price basis, brings fewer and far better leads.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
