Aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics · Search engine optimisation

Be the clinic that answers the cost question a patient is typing at midnight.

SEO for an aesthetic clinic decides who appears when someone searches for hair transplant cost per graft or laser hair removal in their locality. GullySales builds a page for each treatment, keeps the wording inside what the medical councils allow, and clears the faults holding those pages back.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The price word is in the search, so it belongs on the page

People type cost, per graft, per session and EMI alongside the treatment name. A page that hides the basis of the price loses them to one that explains it.

  • A salon and a clinic rank for the same words

Laser hair removal is sold by salons and by doctor-led clinics under one name. Your page has to say who performs the procedure and under whose qualification.

  • What the page may claim is not a copywriting decision

The councils that register your doctors restrict advertising that promises a result, and it is that registration at risk. Your own council or adviser settles the wording, and the page is written inside it.

What we do

What we deliver for aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each treatment you want to fill

Separate pages for hair transplant, laser hair removal, aligners, implants and skin work, each written around what a self-paying patient types before enquiring.

Result: Each treatment competes on its own instead of hiding in a list.

  2. Cost and session detail written into the page

What decides the price, how many grafts, sittings or aligner stages a case needs, and what the quote covers, in the words patients use.

Result: A patient stops guessing and starts comparing on the plan.

  3. The doctor shown where a patient looks for one

Every treatment page carrying the name, registration and training of the doctor who performs it, with the clinic's own registration details on the site.

Result: A patient can tell your clinic from a salon offering the same treatment.

  4. A claims review before anything is published

Pages, offers and before-and-after images checked against the advertising restrictions your doctors are registered under, with consent on file and anything doubtful sent to your adviser.

Result: Nothing on the site hands a complaint to a rival clinic.

  5. Technical faults cleared off the treatment pages

Slow galleries, broken booking links and pages search engines cannot read properly, found and fixed so a good treatment page is not held back by something small.

Result: The page you paid for is the one patients actually reach.

  6. Monthly search report by treatment

Positions, visits and enquiries for each treatment page, reported every month against the baseline taken in the free audit.

Result: You know which treatment page is bringing consultations and which is not.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for aesthetic, hair and cosmetic clinics

  1. 1

    Count the funnel

From last quarter's leads, consultations, signed plans and completed packages, we record where patients are lost and which treatments carry the revenue.

  2. 2

    Check the claims

Pages, ads, before-and-after posts and offers are reviewed against the rules for doctors and dentists, and anything that promises an outcome is rewritten.

  3. 3

    Fix the consultation

Counsellors get the first-call script, the written treatment plan format, the EMI explainer and a follow-up schedule for patients still deciding.

  4. 4

    Bring in the right patients

Treatment pages, search campaigns and lead forms are aimed at the treatments with the best margin and free doctor time, with fewer free-consultation offers.

  5. 5

    Finish the package, then ask

Session reminders, missed-session calls and a review or referral request once the patient can see their own result.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Why do we rank for our clinic name but not for hair transplant?
Because your name has no competition and the treatment has plenty. A page built for hair transplant, carrying the graft assessment, the technique and the surgeon's qualification, is what competes. One services page listing twelve treatments competes for none of them.
Do patients really search with the locality?
For skin and laser work, yes, because they will come back every few weeks. Implant and transplant patients search the city or the doctor's name and will travel. Pages are built for both habits.
Can an aesthetic clinic show before-and-after photos?
With care. The National Medical Commission (NMC) rules for doctors and the Dental Council code for dentists restrict advertising that promises results or solicits patients. Each photo needs written patient consent, honest context such as the number of sessions, and no wording that suggests the same result for everyone. We check each one with your doctor before it is used.
Should we offer free consultations to get more leads?
Usually not as the headline. Free consultations fill the diary with people who were curious, not decided. A modest fee adjusted against treatment, or a clearly stated price basis, brings fewer and far better leads.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
