Automotive accessory dealers · Digital marketing

Put the bay's best work where a car buyer looks, and count what it brings.

Digital marketing for an accessory shop is the combined work of the profile, the pages, the social posts, the messages and the records that bring a car owner to your bay. GullySales works on putting those parts in order and reading which of them fills the fitting schedule.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For automotive accessory dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parts are built, none connect”

The shop has an Instagram page, a Business Profile and a WhatsApp number, yet none points to the others. A buyer who finds one cannot reach the quote from it. Linking them with one name, one number and one quote route turns scattered parts into a path.

  • “Spend goes where the noise is”

Boosted posts bring likes from people outside the city and never a fitted vehicle. Money works when it follows buyers for models you fit, in the area you serve. Choose the models and the area first, and spend only where a fitted job is possible.

  • “Nobody reads the source of a job”

A fitted job is recorded without saying how the owner found the shop. A year on, the shop cannot say whether search, the showroom or the club brought the work. Asking one question at the counter and writing the answer down fixes this at no cost.

  • “The best marketing is the finished car”

Owners trust what they see fitted on their own model. Every digital part should lead to that proof and then to a quote. Every post, page and profile should lead the buyer to a fitted car of their own model. After that comes the quote, and the booking follows from the quote.

What we do

What we deliver for automotive accessory dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel audit

A review of the profile, pages, social accounts and number against the work the bay does best.

Result: You hold a list of what works and what is missing.

  2. Connected set-up

Profile, pages, albums and chat links pointing to each other with the same name, address and number.

Result: A buyer can move from any channel to a quote.

  3. Priority plan

A short list of actions chosen from the audit, in order, with the reason for each.

Result: The plan fits on one page.

  4. Paid reach trial

A small, defined test of paid reach for chosen models and areas, run only after the basics are in place.

Result: The spend and the enquiries it brought sit side by side.

  5. Source tracking

A source recorded on each enquiry and each fitted job.

Result: You can see which channel filled the bay.

  6. Decision review

The plan reviewed against the recorded sources, with changes where the evidence differs.

Result: You drop what does not bring buyers.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small shop begin?
With the Business Profile, model photographs and a proper quote reply. They cost little, and every other channel leads buyers to them. Add a source note to each enquiry from the first day, so later choices rest on evidence.
Is digital marketing worth it for a local bay?
Yes, because buyers search and scroll before they visit. Whether it pays for your shop is answered by the source record, not by an assumption.
How do we judge an agency?
Ask what they will record against fitted jobs, not how many views they will bring. Views fill reports, while fitted vehicles fill the bay. Ask to see the sheet that ties spend to jobs.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
