Courier companies · Content marketing

One written answer on what can go abroad, used by every staff member.

Content for a courier counter is the international guide: what can be sent to each country, how it has to be packed, what happens at customs on the other end. GullySales writes it with you from current carrier rules and turns it into pages, a WhatsApp reply set and a counter sheet.

A newsstand under a striped awning: three tiers of folded publications racked spine on, one title on the top tier turned to face the street, and a crate of rolled copies at the foot of the stand

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For courier companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The customs answer decides the booking

A parent sending pickles to Toronto is really asking whether the parcel will be thrown away. The counter that answers with confidence gets the parcel.

  • The same guide has to work in three places

A page for search, a message for a WhatsApp rate enquiry and a printed sheet at the counter, all saying exactly the same thing.

  • Document senders are a season of their own

Passport, visa and university application papers come with a deadline attached. A page on transit times and proof of delivery reaches that sender when it matters.

What we do

What we deliver for courier companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A destination guide for the countries you send to most

What goes, what does not, how it must be packed and labelled, and what the sender should expect at the other end, written per country.

Result: Every staff member gives the same answer.

  2. A packing guide by item type

Food, sweets, glass, medicines, documents and clothes, with the packing each needs and what a customer should bring to the counter.

Result: Fewer parcels are repacked or refused at handover.

  3. A customs and duty explainer in general terms

How duty at the destination generally works and who pays it, with the sender told plainly to confirm the current position for their country.

Result: Nobody is surprised by a bill at the other end.

  4. A weight and slab explainer

How weight slabs work, how a light bulky box is charged, and what packing adds, written for a customer comparing two counters.

Result: The rate conversation stops being an argument.

  5. The guide turned into replies and a counter sheet

The same content prepared as WhatsApp quick replies and a laminated sheet at the desk, so it is used rather than filed.

Result: The answer is at hand when the queue is long.

  6. A document courier page for passports and applications

Transit times, proof of delivery, what to do about a deadline and how the tracking works, for senders with a date they cannot miss.

Result: The anxious sender chooses the counter that explained it.

  7. A review date against carrier rules

A scheduled check of the guide against the carrier's current instructions before each festival season, with changes carried into all three formats.

Result: Your staff are never quoting last year's rules.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for courier companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your walk-in and account mix, how rate enquiries are answered, your Maps listing, and which business customers have stopped shipping.

  2. 2

    Fix the counter basics

A correct profile, an international shipping guide and quick rate replies on WhatsApp.

  3. 3

    Build the account offer

A clear office and seller offer with pickups, billing and escalation.

  4. 4

    Win the accounts nearby

Office visits, seller outreach, and festival and intake season campaigns.

  5. 5

    Keep them shipping

An account register, a monthly volume check and a call when a customer ships less.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Rules change. How do we keep the guide current?
Put a review date on it and check it against the carrier's current instructions before each festival season. Anything that turns on the destination country's customs is for the sender to confirm, and the guide should say so plainly.
Will a guide really change bookings?
It changes the conversation at the counter. The person who can answer a customs question in one go gets the parcel, and writing it down means every staff member can. That is the difference between one good counter hand and a counter.
Can a franchisee counter do its own marketing?
Yes, for your own counter and locality, within the brand's franchise rules on logos and offers. We check those rules with you and focus on your listing, local accounts and repeat customers.
How do we compete with shipping aggregators for online sellers?
With service they do not give: pickup from the seller's door on a fixed time, help with packing, and a person who answers when a shipment is stuck. Many small sellers value that over a slightly lower slab rate.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
