Last year's Rakhi queue is this year's list, if anyone wrote it down.

Email and WhatsApp for a courier counter do two jobs: bringing back last year's festival senders before the rush, and holding on to business accounts that drift away quietly. GullySales builds the sender list with consent and puts the account statements and pickup notices on a schedule.

A post room: a wall rack of pigeonholes with sorted letters and strapped bundles, a loaded mail trolley wheeled up in front of it, and on the bench a franking machine with one envelope under the press arm, franked and cleared

What email marketing means

Email marketing is sending planned messages to a list of past and prospective customers who have agreed to hear from you. It suits offers, updates and staying in touch with someone who is not ready to buy yet. GullySales writes and schedules these emails and tracks who opens, clicks and enquires.

For courier companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The festival list is built at the counter, in the queue

Everyone who shipped to Canada last Rakhi is a customer for this Rakhi. The name, the destination and their permission all have to be taken while the consignment is being written.

  • An account leaves without telling you

A law office does not announce that it changed courier. The volume drops for three weeks and nobody notices until the monthly bill comes out small.

  • Business accounts want a statement, not an offer

The admin head wants the month's shipments, the proof of delivery and a GST invoice that reconciles. That email is the relationship.

What we do

What we deliver for courier companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A festival sender list built at the counter

Name, destination, what was sent and consent to be messaged, captured while the consignment note is being written rather than afterwards.

Result: Last year's queue can be reached this year.

  2. A pre-festival message with the last booking dates

A message to past senders several weeks before Raksha Bandhan and Diwali, with the cut-off date for their destination named.

Result: Families book early instead of joining the last-week queue.

  3. An intake season message to parents

A note before the August and January university intakes on sending documents, books and food to a student abroad, with transit times.

Result: A parent who ships once becomes a sender for years.

  4. A monthly statement email for accounts

Shipments, anything delayed and what was done about it, alongside the GST invoice, sent on the same date each month.

Result: The admin head has no reason to look elsewhere.

  5. A volume alert on business accounts

A monthly check of shipments per account, with a call triggered when an account's volume falls for two weeks running.

Result: You find out an account is slipping while it can be saved.

  6. Consent taken and recorded at booking

Permission to message asked while the consignment is written, with the answer recorded and an easy way for anyone to stop.

Result: The list can be used without annoying anybody.

  7. Bookings traced back to messages each month

Festival bookings, intake shipments and account volume attributed to a message, against the baseline recorded before work began.

Result: Writing the list down stops feeling like extra work.

How the result is measured

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Enquiries from email

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for courier companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your walk-in and account mix, how rate enquiries are answered, your Maps listing, and which business customers have stopped shipping.

  2. 2

    Fix the counter basics

A correct profile, an international shipping guide and quick rate replies on WhatsApp.

  3. 3

    Build the account offer

A clear office and seller offer with pickups, billing and escalation.

  4. 4

    Win the accounts nearby

Office visits, seller outreach, and festival and intake season campaigns.

  5. 5

    Keep them shipping

An account register, a monthly volume check and a call when a customer ships less.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we message customers who shipped with us before?
With their permission, taken at the counter when they book, and with a simple way to stop. Ask while you are writing the consignment, explain that it is for booking dates before the festivals, and record the answer.
What do we send a business account between invoices?
A short monthly summary of shipments, anything delayed and what was done about it, plus a note whenever the pickup time changes. Accounts leave over silence and missed pickups, not over the rate.
Can a franchisee counter do its own marketing?
Yes, for your own counter and locality, within the brand's franchise rules on logos and offers. We check those rules with you and focus on your listing, local accounts and repeat customers.
How do we compete with shipping aggregators for online sellers?
With service they do not give: pickup from the seller's door on a fixed time, help with packing, and a person who answers when a shipment is stuck. Many small sellers value that over a slightly lower slab rate.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
