Courier companies · Local SEO

A wrong pin sends every walk-in to the shop you left last year.

Local search for a courier counter is the map listing somebody opens with a parcel already in their hands. GullySales fixes the pin, the hours and the destinations on the profile, adds the packing and international services, and uses the brand name the way your agreement allows.

A market cross in a small town square: a stepped stone cross of four worn tiers standing in a ring of cobbles, a coil of stall rope left on the bottom step, a chalk pitch marked out on the stones and a chalk arrow pointing in from the nearest lane

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For courier companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • This search ends in a walk, not a click

Somebody holding a box searches for a courier nearby and goes to the closest open counter with decent reviews. Distance and hours decide it.

  • Sunday and late hours are a genuine advantage

Most counters shut early and stay shut on Sunday. Saying on the listing that you are open brings people from well beyond your own street.

  • The destinations belong on the listing itself

A sender with a Gulf or Canada parcel wants to know before walking. Naming the countries you handle and the packing you offer separates you from the counter next door.

What we do

What we deliver for courier companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. The pin, the address and the hours corrected

The map pin placed on the counter's actual door, with current hours, Sunday position and the holiday closures kept up to date.

Result: People walking to you arrive at an open shutter.

  2. Destinations and services added to the profile

International parcel, document courier, cargo, packing, same-day city delivery and cash on delivery, each listed as its own service.

Result: A sender knows you handle their parcel before setting out.

  3. Photographs of the counter, the packing area and the board

Real pictures of the shop front, the weighing counter and the packing table, so a first-time sender recognises the place on the street.

Result: Somebody looking for you finds the right shutter.

  4. Special hours set for the festival weeks

Extended hours before Raksha Bandhan and Diwali and the last booking dates put into the profile as posts.

Result: The queue spreads over more days.

  5. Brand naming checked against the agreement

The exact form of the name the franchisor wants on a listing, confirmed with them and used consistently across every directory.

Result: The listing cannot become a franchise problem.

  6. Review requests and replies on the profile

A request sent with each delivery confirmation and a written reply to every review, including the ones about the network.

Result: The listing shows a counter that answers.

  7. Calls, messages and direction requests reported monthly

What the listing produced each month, compared with the figures recorded before the profile was corrected.

Result: You can see walk-ins traced to the map.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for courier companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your walk-in and account mix, how rate enquiries are answered, your Maps listing, and which business customers have stopped shipping.

  2. 2

    Fix the counter basics

A correct profile, an international shipping guide and quick rate replies on WhatsApp.

  3. 3

    Build the account offer

A clear office and seller offer with pickups, billing and escalation.

  4. 4

    Win the accounts nearby

Office visits, seller outreach, and festival and intake season campaigns.

  5. 5

    Keep them shipping

An account register, a monthly volume check and a call when a customer ships less.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We moved the counter. What has to change?
The pin first, then the address everywhere it appears: the listing, the directories, the invoices and a note on the old shutter. A pin left behind sends people to a closed shop, and most of them will not search a second time.
Should the listing use the brand name?
Only in the form your franchise agreement allows. Ask your franchisor for the exact wording they want on a listing and use it everywhere. A listing that breaches the agreement is a larger problem than a missing one.
Can a franchisee counter do its own marketing?
Yes, for your own counter and locality, within the brand's franchise rules on logos and offers. We check those rules with you and focus on your listing, local accounts and repeat customers.
How do we compete with shipping aggregators for online sellers?
With service they do not give: pickup from the seller's door on a fixed time, help with packing, and a person who answers when a shipment is stuck. Many small sellers value that over a slightly lower slab rate.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
