GullySales

Courier companies · Reputation management

You get one star for a delay caused two states away.

Reputation for a courier counter is mostly about shipments you handed over and no longer control. A parcel stuck in transit, a customs hold, a delivery attempt that never happened. GullySales sets up monitoring, a reply routine that gives the sender a real next step, and a review request once delivery is confirmed.

A statue plinth seen close: the bronze figure implied only by its feet and the hem of its drapery above the top of the frame, one face of the stone pedestal scrubbed pale and the other still grimy and carrying a scrawl of paint, with a pressure hose coiled on the steps beside a bucket, brushes and cloths

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For courier companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The complaint is about the network and the review is about you

A parcel delayed in another state gets written up on your counter's listing, because yours is the name and the face the sender knows.

  • A customs hold sounds like an excuse

Food held at the destination is the sender's worst experience of you. Explaining what the destination country allows, before booking, is what stops the review.

  • The national rating is not your rating

A brand's own reviews are full of delivery complaints from across the country. Your counter's listing, with recent answered reviews, is the only part you control.

What we do

What we deliver for courier companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Monitoring on your counter's listing and local groups

Reviews, directory entries and area groups checked on a routine, with anything new taken to whoever can chase the shipment.

Result: A complaint is caught while the parcel can still be found.

  2. A reply routine that gives a next step

Replies that state where the shipment is, what has been escalated and which person at your counter is handling it.

Result: The next reader sees a counter that takes charge.

  3. An escalation route into the network, written down

Who to contact at the hub, in what order and with what reference, so a stuck shipment gets chased the same way every time.

Result: Your staff stop telling a customer to wait and see.

  4. Expectations set at the booking counter

Transit times, what customs at the other end may do, and what is not promised, said aloud and printed on the counter sheet.

Result: The complaint is prevented while the parcel is being packed.

  5. Review requests sent on delivery confirmation

The request going out with the delivery confirmation on WhatsApp, rather than when the parcel is booked.

Result: You ask at the only moment the customer is thinking about you.

  6. A complaint log with what was actually done

Every complaint recorded with the shipment number, the cause and the outcome, reviewed each month for what keeps recurring.

Result: The same problem stops arriving every festival.

  7. Reviews summarised each month by cause

New reviews, the rating, the reply rate and whether the cause was transit, customs or the counter, against the starting position.

Result: You can separate your problems from the network's.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for courier companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your walk-in and account mix, how rate enquiries are answered, your Maps listing, and which business customers have stopped shipping.

  2. 2

    Fix the counter basics

A correct profile, an international shipping guide and quick rate replies on WhatsApp.

  3. 3

    Build the account offer

A clear office and seller offer with pickups, billing and escalation.

  4. 4

    Win the accounts nearby

Office visits, seller outreach, and festival and intake season campaigns.

  5. 5

    Keep them shipping

An account register, a monthly volume check and a call when a customer ships less.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

The delay was not our fault. Do we still reply?
Yes, because the reader only sees your counter. Say where the shipment is, what has been escalated and who at your counter is on it. A reply naming a person reads as responsibility, and that is what the next sender is looking for.
When should we ask for a review?
On delivery confirmation, not at booking. That is the point at which the customer knows it worked. Sending the link with the confirmation on WhatsApp is one message and it reaches them while they are still relieved.
Can a franchisee counter do its own marketing?
Yes, for your own counter and locality, within the brand's franchise rules on logos and offers. We check those rules with you and focus on your listing, local accounts and repeat customers.
How do we compete with shipping aggregators for online sellers?
With service they do not give: pickup from the seller's door on a fixed time, help with packing, and a person who answers when a shipment is stuck. Many small sellers value that over a slightly lower slab rate.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
