Courier companies · Lead generation

Walk-ins arrive on their own, and accounts have to be walked to.

Lead generation for a courier counter is two separate jobs. Answering a rate enquiry fast enough to keep a walk-in, and knocking on the doors of the offices and sellers inside your pickup radius. GullySales writes the rate replies and builds the account list building by building.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For courier companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A rate enquiry is a race of minutes

Somebody asking a rate to the UK is asking two other counters at the same time. A written reply with the slab, the packing charge and the transit time wins it before anyone walks.

  • Your best accounts sit in the building opposite

A CA firm, a clinic or a law office two hundred metres away ships every day and has never been asked for the business.

  • Sellers leave over a missed pickup, not a rate

An online seller moves to an app after one pickup that did not happen. Finding them on Instagram is one job and keeping them is a different one.

What we do

What we deliver for courier companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A written rate reply ready on WhatsApp

Weight slabs, destination rates, packing charges and transit times prepared as quick replies, so any staff member answers within minutes.

Result: A rate enquiry becomes a booking before the next counter replies.

  2. A building-by-building list of your pickup radius

Every office, clinic, business centre and co-working floor within your pickup area listed with a name, a floor and who to ask for.

Result: The visits happen in order instead of by chance.

  3. A one-page business account offer

Fixed daily pickup time, monthly GST billing, proof of delivery, an escalation contact and rates by volume, on a sheet an admin head can approve.

Result: You can walk into any office with something signable.

  4. A visit plan and a script for your staff

Who visits, when, what is said in the first thirty seconds, and what is left behind, written so it survives a busy counter day.

Result: Outreach continues when the queue gets long.

  5. An online seller outreach routine

Local sellers on Instagram and the marketplaces identified, with a pickup and packing offer and a named person they can reach.

Result: Daily shipments come from sellers who know your name.

  6. One record of enquiries, trials and accounts

Every rate enquiry, office visit, trial month and signed account logged with what happened next and who is following it up.

Result: Nothing depends on remembering a conversation.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for courier companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your walk-in and account mix, how rate enquiries are answered, your Maps listing, and which business customers have stopped shipping.

  2. 2

    Fix the counter basics

A correct profile, an international shipping guide and quick rate replies on WhatsApp.

  3. 3

    Build the account offer

A clear office and seller offer with pickups, billing and escalation.

  4. 4

    Win the accounts nearby

Office visits, seller outreach, and festival and intake season campaigns.

  5. 5

    Keep them shipping

An account register, a monthly volume check and a call when a customer ships less.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we start a conversation with an office nearby?
Walk in with the one-page offer and a trial month of daily pickups. The admin head decides, not the owner, and what they want is a fixed pickup time and a person who answers. Go back a second time, because the first visit rarely lands.
Which offices are worth the walk?
The ones sending documents daily: CA and law firms, clinics and diagnostic labs, recruitment and insurance offices. A handful of those is worth more across a year than one very good festival week.
Can a franchisee counter do its own marketing?
Yes, for your own counter and locality, within the brand's franchise rules on logos and offers. We check those rules with you and focus on your listing, local accounts and repeat customers.
How do we compete with shipping aggregators for online sellers?
With service they do not give: pickup from the seller's door on a fixed time, help with packing, and a person who answers when a shipment is stuck. Many small sellers value that over a slightly lower slab rate.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
