Diagnostic centres · Search engine optimisation

Be found for the scan and the check-up package, not only for your centre's name.

SEO for a diagnostic centre means having a page that ranks for each scan, test and check-up package people actually search, such as an MRI of the knee or a senior citizen check-up near their area. GullySales writes those pages around preparation, reporting and booking, and fixes whatever keeps them out of results.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For diagnostic centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “One services page lists every test and ranks for none”

A page that names MRI, CT, ultrasound, thyroid profile and a dozen packages in one block gives Google nothing to rank. The person wanting a CT coronary angiogram lands on an aggregator instead.

  • “Lab-test apps own the price searches”

Searches for a test name plus price are crowded with apps quoting bundled discounts. A centre wins where an app cannot: the scan itself, the radiologist reporting it and a building the patient can walk into.

  • “Preparation is what people search the night before”

Whether to fast before a lipid profile. Whether a pelvic scan needs a full bladder, or CT contrast needs a kidney test first. Pages that answer these get read, and the answer is the moment to offer a slot.

What we do

What we deliver for diagnostic centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each scan you run

Separate pages for MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray, mammography and bone density, each with the preparation, what the patient feels on the table and how a slot is booked.

Result: A family searching for one scan lands on the page for it.

  2. Package pages with every test written out

Each check-up package listed test by test, with the fasting instruction and whether a doctor explains the report.

Result: Someone comparing packages can read yours beside a rival's without phoning.

  3. Preparation answers checked by your radiologist

Short pages on fasting, contrast, metal implants and bringing old reports, read by your own radiologist or pathologist before they are published.

Result: The question asked the night before reaches your page, not a forum.

  4. Locality pages only where you actually serve

A page for each area with a branch or a running home collection route, giving the address, hours and what can be done there.

Result: No page promises a scan in a suburb you do not cover.

  5. Clean-up of the old site

Slow pages, duplicate package pages left over from old offers and PDF price lists nobody can read on a phone, fixed or removed.

Result: Pages that deserve to rank are not held back by the site.

  6. Search enquiries logged by the test asked about

Calls and forms from search recorded by scan or package, set against the baseline taken before the work begins.

Result: You see whether search brought MRI bookings or only price questions.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your patients type

What a patient or a family types before booking a scan or a check-up, and the page that should answer it.

MRI knee near me, or MRI brain in your area
A page for each MRI study you do. Say what the scan involves, the metal-implant questions the desk will ask, whether the patient can bring someone in, and how to book.
full body check up package for parents
A package page written for the adult child who is paying. List every test, the overnight fast, home collection if you offer it, and who explains the report.
CT scan with contrast preparation
A preparation page your radiologist has read: the kidney function test that may be asked for, fasting, medicines to mention and old scans to bring.
dengue test near me open Sunday
A test page for the monsoon fevers people search, with Sunday and early hours, home collection and how the report reaches them. Leave treatment advice to the doctor.
pregnancy ultrasound scan centre
An obstetric scan page listing the scans by stage of pregnancy, and saying plainly that the centre never discloses the sex of the baby.
diagnostic centre that accepts my insurance
An insurance page naming the insurers, TPAs and corporate tie-ups you actually accept, and what the patient carries for a cashless test.

Who it is for

This is written for these diagnostic centres.

  • Standalone diagnostic centres with pathology and imaging
  • Diagnostic centres inside or beside a hospital
  • Multi-branch diagnostic chains
  • Diagnostic centres that run corporate camps
  • Centres with a strong health check-up business
  • Centres serving senior citizens and families

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for diagnostic centres

  1. 1

Listen to how a patient moves between departments

The free audit call traces where enquiries come from, who answers them and what a single-test caller hears about everything else.

  2. 2

Join the departments at the front door

One enquiry route, one sheet and a log that shows which package or test was asked about.

  3. 3

    Make the packages findable

A page for each package, a Business Profile that shows the range and reviews asked for after a smooth visit.

  4. 4

Reach clinics and corporates with one offer

A sheet for referrers and a single proposal for corporates.

  5. 5

    Report on packages, not activity

A report on enquiries, packages sold and returning patients, against the baseline taken before anything changed.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a separate page for every blood test?
No. Give a page to each scan, each package and the few tests people search by name, such as a thyroid profile, HbA1c or vitamin D. The rest can sit in a searchable test list with preparation notes. Hundreds of thin test pages compete with each other and help nobody.
Is a blog worth writing for a diagnostic centre?
Only for questions patients really ask, such as whether to fast before a thyroid test or what a pelvic scan involves. Each post should end at a booking. Health tips copied from elsewhere earn nothing and can put a wrong medical statement under your name.
Aggregator apps outrank us for test prices. Should we copy their pages?
No. Copied pages are ignored, and their price grids rest on bulk deals you may not match. Write what they cannot: your radiologist, your machine, your parking, your report pickup, and the scans no app can send a phlebotomist home for.
Our website was built by the vendor who runs our lab software. Who should own it?
The centre should, in its own name: the domain, the hosting login and the Google accounts. Vendors change, and a lost domain takes every ranking page with it. Ask for the logins in writing before any search work starts.
Why not market each department on its own?
Because the patient sees one centre. A single answer at the front door and a package that spans departments sell more than three separate pitches, and are easier to refer to.
Can we discount packages?
Packages are priced in the market and a clear price helps families compare. Inducements and discounts on health services may be restricted, and the position differs by state and changes. Your adviser should confirm anything promotional.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
