Diagnostic centres · Reputation management
Answer the review about a long wait and a late report before the next family reads it.
Reputation management for a diagnostic centre is replying to the reviews you already have and fixing what they keep complaining about, from a waiting room full of hungry fasting patients to reports that come late. GullySales writes the replies, the privacy rules behind them and the note that sends each complaint to the department that caused it.
A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What reputation management means
Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For diagnostic centres
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“Complaints hit the centre, but the fault sits in one department”
A review about a late ultrasound report and one about rude collection staff pull down the same star rating. Unless each reaches the right head, someone else writes the same review next month.
“A reply can leak a patient's health”
Writing 'sorry your thyroid report was delayed' confirms in public that the person had a thyroid test. Replies talk about the visit, never the test or the result.
“Disputed results do not belong on Google”
A patient who believes a value is wrong needs the pathologist or the radiologist, not a public argument. The reply gives a name and a number, and the case is handled inside.
What we do
What we deliver for diagnostic centres.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
Reply wording for each kind of review
Short approved replies for waiting time, report delays, staff behaviour, billing and a disputed result, none of which names a test or a finding.
Result: The desk can answer a review without exposing a patient.
A complaint route to the department at fault
Each negative review logged with the department, the visit date and who was told.
Result: Pathology hears about pathology complaints, and imaging about imaging.
A privacy line for public replies
Written rules, agreed with your adviser, on what a reply may never confirm: that the person was a patient, the test, the result or the referring doctor.
Result: No reply turns a complaint into a disclosure.
Reviews from every branch in one place
Google, Justdial and Practo reviews for each branch gathered together, with one named person reading them.
Result: A one-star review at the smaller branch does not sit unanswered.
Fixes drawn from the repeat complaints
A short list of complaints that keep coming back, such as the morning queue or report pickup, with the change agreed and who owns it.
Result: The cause gets fixed, not only the reply.
How the result is measured
- Average rating
- Response time to reviews
- Negative mentions resolved
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
What to do with each review
How a diagnostic centre replies to the reviews it gets most, and what to fix behind each one.
- Long wait among fasting patients
- Apologise for the wait without excuses and say what has changed, such as token numbers or an earlier start. Inside, look at the morning roster and the order of collection.
- Report late, or never arrived on WhatsApp
- Ask them to call the report desk with the visit date, and keep the test out of your reply. Inside, check the reporting queue and whether the number was typed correctly at billing.
- Patient says the result is wrong
- Do not argue in public. Offer a call with the pathologist or radiologist. Inside, record the case and how it was answered, without clinical detail in the review log.
- Rude staff or a painful blood draw
- Thank them and say the head of that department will call. Inside, speak to the person concerned, and do not repeat any staff name in the public reply.
- Billing or cashless confusion
- Say where the patient can get a clear bill and offer a call. Inside, check what the desk said about insurance cover and correct the insurer list the desk works from.
- A review that looks false or planted
- Reply once, calmly, saying you cannot find the visit and inviting them to call. Flag it to the platform with the reason. Removal is the platform's decision and nobody can promise it.
Who it is for
This is written for these diagnostic centres.
- Standalone diagnostic centres with pathology and imaging
- Diagnostic centres inside or beside a hospital
- Multi-branch diagnostic chains
- Diagnostic centres that run corporate camps
- Centres with a strong health check-up business
- Centres serving senior citizens and families
Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
- You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
- You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.
How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Free audit call
90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.
After the call
Written, scored report
Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the work runs for diagnostic centres
- 1
Listen to how a patient moves between departments
The free audit call traces where enquiries come from, who answers them and what a single-test caller hears about everything else.
- 2
Join the departments at the front door
One enquiry route, one sheet and a log that shows which package or test was asked about.
- 3
Make the packages findable
A page for each package, a Business Profile that shows the range and reviews asked for after a smooth visit.
- 4
Reach clinics and corporates with one offer
A sheet for referrers and a single proposal for corporates.
- 5
Report on packages, not activity
A report on enquiries, packages sold and returning patients, against the baseline taken before anything changed.
Proof
What happened when owners fixed this.
Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
One office, and we say so
Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.
#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.
