Doctors and general clinics · Branding

Your board, your bill and your prescription pad are the brand.

Branding for a clinic is the board outside, the prescription pad, the bill and the way a polyclinic with visiting consultants presents itself as one place. GullySales builds that set inside your council's conduct rules and checks every line with you before printing.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For doctors and general clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A clinic identity cannot rest on a claim

With superlatives and comparisons off the table, the work is done by the name, the timings on the board and a clean entrance.

  • A polyclinic reads as five separate doctors

Visiting consultants each bring their own pad, their own card and their own timings, and a patient cannot tell whose clinic it is.

  • The prescription goes home and stays in a drawer

That one piece of paper carries your name, your registration and your number into a house for months, which no hoarding does.

What we do

What we deliver for doctors and general clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Board and signage wording you have approved

The board outside, the directory sign in the building and the lane signage, carrying the name, the services and the timings and no claim of superiority.

Result: The board says what you do without saying it is best.

  2. Prescription, bill and card templates

One set carrying the clinic name, each doctor's qualification and registration, the timings, the number and the address, printed the same way.

Result: Every paper leaving the clinic looks like one place.

  3. A name and mark used identically everywhere

The clinic name written the same on the board, the bill, the listings, the WhatsApp display and the site, with one colour set behind it.

Result: Patients stop thinking there are two clinics.

  4. Photographs of the clinic as it is

The entrance, the waiting area, the consultation room and the sample collection counter, shot clean and used on the site and the listing.

Result: A new family knows what to expect at the door.

  5. One plain write-up per doctor

Qualifications, registration, years in practice and the conditions they see, written factually and approved by each doctor before use.

Result: Nobody writes their own description three different ways.

  6. A review step before anything is printed

Every piece of wording read against your council's conduct rules and shown to you, because the registration behind it is yours.

Result: Nothing carries your name that you have not read.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for doctors and general clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We check your listings on Google, Practo and JustDial, count missed calls against OPD hours, and read what you currently say online against the medical council's conduct rules.

  2. 2

    Answer every patient

A call and WhatsApp routine for the front desk, a missed-call callback rule, and a simple appointment book that shows which doctor sits when.

  3. 3

    Correct the information

Accurate timings, services, doctors' qualifications and registration details on every listing and a plain clinic website, with no claims of superiority.

  4. 4

    Bring in the neighbourhood

Local search around your locality, reviews requested only after a visit, and relationships with pharmacies, labs and apartment associations nearby.

  5. 5

    Keep families coming back

Consented reminders for follow-ups, vaccination due dates and annual checks, and a record of which families use which service.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we put a tagline on our board?
A factual line about what the clinic does is a different thing from a claim about being the best. Where that line sits is set by your council's conduct rules rather than by us, and those rules have been revised in recent years. Confirm with your council or your adviser before it is painted.
Should each doctor have their own logo and pad?
Not when they share a clinic. One pad carrying the clinic name and each doctor's registration reads as a practice, and five different pads read as a room being rented out. Keep personal cards separate if the consultants want them.
Is a doctor allowed to advertise in India?
Only in a limited way. The National Medical Commission's professional conduct rules bar doctors from soliciting patients or claiming to be better than others. Factual announcements, such as your name, qualifications, timings and address, are allowed. The rules have been revised and put on hold in recent years, so we check the position in force with you before anything goes live.
Can we post patient reviews and testimonials on our website?
We do not write or display testimonials as promotional material for a doctor. Patients can leave reviews on Google and Practo on their own, and we help you ask for them after a visit and reply politely without discussing any medical detail.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
