Doctors and general clinics · Lead generation

The mother who rang twice at six and gave up was your enquiry.

Lead generation for a clinic is less about new demand than about answering what already arrives while the OPD is full. GullySales sets up the missed-call callback rule, the WhatsApp first reply and a register showing which families came from where.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For doctors and general clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Nobody buys a clinic lead, they abandon one

The doctor is with a patient and the receptionist is billing, so a call at six in the evening rings out and goes to the next clinic.

  • A home care enquiry needs a number on the first call

A family standing at a discharge counter asks what a nurse costs per day, and a vague answer sends them to an app that shows the price.

  • The apartment group recommendation arrives as an unknown number

Somebody in a building group names your doctor, a stranger calls, and nobody at the desk records where she heard it.

What we do

What we deliver for doctors and general clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A missed-call callback rule with a name on it

One person responsible for calling back every missed number within an agreed time, with the busy OPD hours planned for rather than hoped through.

Result: Fewer families give up after two rings.

  2. A WhatsApp number with the first reply already written

A business number for the clinic and saved replies covering timings, which doctor sits when, home visit charges and how to book.

Result: A question at nine at night gets an answer.

  3. A charges sheet the front desk can read out

Consultation, home visit, nursing per shift, sample collection and health check rates on one sheet at the desk, kept current.

Result: Nobody is told that somebody will call back about price.

  4. An enquiry register with the source on every line

Every call, message and walk-in recorded with where the family heard of you and whether they came, in one book rather than four places.

Result: You learn which pharmacy and which building send patients.

  5. An appointment book showing each doctor's sitting times

A shared book of who sits when, so a caller asking for the lady doctor on Thursday evening is answered without a call back.

Result: The desk stops guessing at the schedule.

  6. Monthly report on calls answered and appointments kept

Calls received against calls answered, appointments booked and visits kept, read against the baseline recorded before the work started.

Result: You see whether the front desk is losing patients.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for doctors and general clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

We check your listings on Google, Practo and JustDial, count missed calls against OPD hours, and read what you currently say online against the medical council's conduct rules.

  2. 2

    Answer every patient

A call and WhatsApp routine for the front desk, a missed-call callback rule, and a simple appointment book that shows which doctor sits when.

  3. 3

    Correct the information

Accurate timings, services, doctors' qualifications and registration details on every listing and a plain clinic website, with no claims of superiority.

  4. 4

    Bring in the neighbourhood

Local search around your locality, reviews requested only after a visit, and relationships with pharmacies, labs and apartment associations nearby.

  5. 5

    Keep families coming back

Consented reminders for follow-ups, vaccination due dates and annual checks, and a record of which families use which service.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our receptionist is already overloaded. How does this help?
By deciding in advance what happens to a call nobody can take. A missed-call list she works at the end of the OPD, with a message sent in the meantime, recovers most of them. It is a routine rather than another salary.
Should we take appointments online?
For regular patients, health checks and home services, yes. For an acute fever a family will call whatever the website offers. Put the number and the timings first and the booking link second.
Is a doctor allowed to advertise in India?
Only in a limited way. The National Medical Commission's professional conduct rules bar doctors from soliciting patients or claiming to be better than others. Factual announcements, such as your name, qualifications, timings and address, are allowed. The rules have been revised and put on hold in recent years, so we check the position in force with you before anything goes live.
Can we post patient reviews and testimonials on our website?
We do not write or display testimonials as promotional material for a doctor. Patients can leave reviews on Google and Practo on their own, and we help you ask for them after a visit and reply politely without discussing any medical detail.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
