A designer needs a vector icon set tonight and will pay whoever shows the licence first.
The buyer of a graphic is a working designer with a deadline. They need the file in the right format, the licence to use it in a client's logo or a printed hoarding, and some confidence that the asset will not appear on a rival's work next week.
A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.
In one paragraph
Graphics are downloadable design assets such as icons, illustrations, vectors, fonts, textures, mock-ups and brushes, bought by designers and agencies to use inside client work. GullySales works on how assets are shown at working size, how formats and licences are stated, and how a first buyer becomes a repeat one.
That buyer buys from a shop they trust, often again. The task is to become that shop for one corner: a style, a trade, or a language of script.

Who it is for
This is written for you if you sell graphics online.
- Illustrators selling vector packs, character sets and icon libraries
- Type designers selling fonts, including Indian-language and Indic scripts
- Makers of textures, mock-ups, brushes and pattern libraries
- Studios selling graphic assets in one style as a subscription
Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- Assets copied or traced from someone else's work. We will not market those, and the buyer's client will find out.
- Sellers with a single pack and no plan for a second. Build the catalogue first, since graphics sell by range.
How buyers choose
What decides the sale of graphics.
Vector or raster, and which software
A designer checks for AI, SVG, EPS or PNG and the layered files that open in their programme. Missing editable layers are the commonest reason for an unhappy review.
The licence for logos and for resale
Using a graphic in a logo, on merchandise or in a template that is itself sold is usually a different licence. Designers look for those lines first, and leave if they are not there.
A consistent style across the pack
Buyers want twenty icons in the same line weight, not twenty good icons in different hands. Showing the whole set at once, and at working size, builds confidence.
Fonts: scripts and weights
A font buyer needs a full character set, the weights, and for Indic scripts, conjuncts that work. A type tester on the page lets them check their own text.
Where sales are lost
What usually goes wrong when you sell graphics online.
In the words sellers use on the first call.
“Our illustrations get compliments and few sales”
People admire an illustration and then pay for a template that solves their job. Show the asset in a use, on a poster or a slide, so the buyer sees what it does for them.
“Designers buy one pack and make their own after that”
A single pack is easy to imitate. A membership, regular new drops in one style and an update to the buyer's existing pack give a reason to stay.
“Fonts are pirated more than they are bought”
A font that is easy to buy, with a clear licence by number of computers and a free trial for testing, loses fewer sales to copies than one with a confusing licence.
“Our asset pages are slow because of the images”
Heavy previews make the page slow on a phone, and designers leave. Compressed previews with a full-size view on click keep the page quick.
The scope
The work we would propose for graphics.
Measured on trials, paid conversions, retention and churn. Anything here that needs a platform or tool we have not used with you is confirmed in the audit before it goes in the scope.
- Asset pages shown at working sizeEach page shows the set at the size a designer uses it, lists formats and layers, names the software and gives the licence in a short table.
- A type tester for fontsA text box on the font page so a buyer can type their own words in each weight and script. It is a build item, confirmed in the audit.
- In-use mock-upsAssets shown on a poster, a packaging layout, a social post or a signboard, so the buyer pictures the job and not the file.
- Membership and drop calendarA plan for a membership with regular new releases in one style, stating plainly what members receive and what happens to the files if they stop paying.
- Designer communities and showcasesPresence in the groups and boards where designers share work, and a showcase of finished jobs made with your assets, credited and with permission.
What we do
What you get for graphics.
Each deliverable and what it is there to change.
An asset page layout
A fixed structure for formats, layers, software and licence. It means every pack answers the questions in the same order.
A licence table
A table of uses against licence types, such as client work, logo use, merchandise and resale. It removes the doubt that makes designers buy elsewhere.
A set of in-use mock-ups
Images of the asset on real jobs. They sell the result, which the bare file cannot.
A release and membership plan
The list of what is released and when, written down with the membership terms. It lets you promise only what you can deliver.
How the result is measured
- Asset page visits
- Purchases
- Average order value
- Repeat purchase rate
- Membership sign-ups and retention
- Licence questions received
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Free audit call
90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.
After the call
Written, scored report
Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
What we need from you
What to have ready before the audit call.
None of it has to be tidy. We read what you have.
- Your shop link and the full list of packs
- Formats and layers each asset comes in
- Your licence terms, even if only a draft
- Which packs and fonts sell and which do not
- Requests from designers for styles you do not yet have
Selling in India and abroad
Selling graphics beyond your own market.
Where you sell decides sizes, units, seasons and returns. We work from Bengaluru and have no overseas office, so for a new country we start from your own sales and the platforms you already use.
Indic fonts and illustration sell outside India too
Publishers, agencies and designers who work in Indian languages exist in the Gulf, the UK and North America. Your order data shows where they already are.
Licence in plain English
Overseas buyers read the licence closely because their clients ask for it. A clear statement in simple English, reviewed by your adviser, helps more than an elaborate one.

Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
One office, and we say so
Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.
