GullySales

E-commerce · Supplements & Nutrition

Everyone sells the same vitamin, so the buyer picks the seller they trust to have kept it properly.

A vitamin is among the most compared things on a marketplace. Many sellers list near-identical products, the label looks alike, and the difference the buyer can see is the brand name, the form (tablet, capsule, softgel, gummy), the number in the bottle and the seller. So price per tablet and trust in the seller decide the order.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

In one paragraph

Vitamins and minerals e-commerce is the online sale of single and multi-vitamin tablets, capsules, gummies and mineral products, mostly bought for the family and reordered when the bottle empties. GullySales works on how your listings show the label, the form and the pack count, and on the reminder that brings the buyer back to you.

Gift and family buying matter here. A daughter orders for her parents, a husband for his wife, a parent for a child, and the person ordering is often not the person taking it. That changes who the page needs to speak to.

Who it is for

This is written for you if you sell vitamins & minerals online.

  • Brands with a multivitamin range in tablets, capsules or gummies
  • Sellers of single-ingredient products such as vitamin D, B12, iron, calcium or zinc
  • Authorised sellers of imported vitamin brands
  • Direct-to-consumer brands with a subscription for reorders

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • A seller who wants to say a vitamin treats, prevents or cures a condition
  • A reseller who cannot show where the stock was bought

How buyers choose

What decides the sale of vitamins & minerals.

  1. Form and pack count

Tablet, capsule, softgel, gummy or powder, and how many in the bottle. A buyer who prefers not to swallow tablets filters by gummy or chewable before they read anything else.

  2. Who it is for, as the label states it

Adult, women's, men's, children's and senior ranges are labelled differently. A buyer ordering for a child opens the label for the age group before the page's description.

  3. Strength per serving and the number of servings

Two bottles with the same name can differ in strength per tablet and in servings per bottle. Buyers who compare do the sum, and a hidden pack count loses to a shown one.

  4. Expiry date on arrival

A bottle that arrives close to expiry is a common complaint in vitamin reviews. Buyers ask about shelf life before ordering a large pack.

Where sales are lost

What usually goes wrong when you sell vitamins & minerals online.

In the words sellers use on the first call.

  • “My vitamin looks the same as ten others on the page”

When the front of the label is nearly identical, the page needs to show what differs: the form, the count, the maker, the sourcing and the seller.

  • “Reviews say the bottle was near expiry”

One review about short expiry sits above fifty good ones. A stock check on what leaves the warehouse and a line on the page about expiry on dispatch is a fix for the page and for the warehouse.

  • “Gummies get ordered once and not again”

A gummy bought for a child on impulse has no reason to be reordered unless something reminds the parent, and the family has started on another brand by then.

What we do

What you get for vitamins & minerals.

Each deliverable and what it is there to change.

  1. A form and age-group map of your range

Which products suit someone who wants a gummy, a softgel or a once-a-day tablet as the label describes them, shown on one page so the buyer stops comparing outside your site.

  2. A price-per-serving table for each pack size

The cost of one tablet or gummy at each pack size, which makes the larger bottle the obvious pick.

  3. An expiry and dispatch statement

A short, truthful line on the page about stock rotation and what the buyer should expect on the bottle, agreed with your warehouse before it is written.

  4. A reorder message for each pack

Text for WhatsApp and email that arrives as the bottle is nearly empty, with a one-tap reorder link.

How the result is measured

  • Purchases
  • Conversion rate
  • Repeat purchase rate
  • Average order value
  • Return rate
  • Expiry and packaging complaints

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

What we need from you

What to have ready before the audit call.

None of it has to be tidy. We read what you have.

  • Your top five products with their labels and pack counts
  • Reviews that mention expiry, packaging or taste
  • How long it takes from stock receipt to dispatch
  • Subscription or reorder numbers from the last quarter
  • Which marketplaces carry your brand and who else sells it there

Selling in India and abroad

Selling vitamins & minerals beyond your own market.

Where you sell decides sizes, units, seasons and returns. We work from Bengaluru and have no overseas office, so for a new country we start from your own sales and the platforms you already use.

  1. Strength and form differ by country

A product sold as a food supplement in one country may be treated as a medicine in another, and the allowed strengths vary. Check with your adviser and the destination's regulator before you list a vitamin overseas.

  2. Gummies and heat

Gummies soften in transit to hot markets. The packaging and the shipping window are part of the plan before any listing goes up.

FAQ

Questions about selling vitamins & minerals online.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do I make my vitamin stand out from the others on Amazon?
Show what is different and let the label carry it. A clear form, the count per bottle and the maker's name on the page do more than adjectives. We also look at whether the images show the back of the bottle.
Should I sell multivitamins or single vitamins first?
Start with whatever already sells and gets reordered. Single products have clearer search terms, and multivitamins give you a bigger basket. Your orders tell us which.
Can I use customer stories about how they feel after taking it?
Be careful. Stories about health outcomes work as claims, and ad platforms and regulators treat them that way. We keep reviews to what the buyer can describe: taste, pack, delivery, ease of use. Check anything beyond that with your adviser.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.
