Electrical equipment manufacturers · Content marketing

Write the specification clause a consultant can paste into a tender.

Content marketing for an electrical equipment maker means publishing what a specifier needs to name you: a model specification clause, test reports and photometric files. GullySales writes those, keeps every claim inside your certification, and tracks which piece brought the enquiry.

A newsstand under a striped awning: three tiers of folded publications racked spine on, one title on the top tier turned to face the street, and a crate of rolled copies at the foot of the stand

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For electrical equipment manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A ready specification clause is the most useful thing you can publish

A consultant writing a tender at eleven at night will paste whichever clause is written well. Yours should be sitting on the page.

  • Plant heads want the calculation, not the claim

A facility manager relighting a warehouse wants the lux level, the fitting count and the payback worked out. Show the arithmetic in full.

  • Explain what goes wrong and the trade will read it

Why a panel trips on a hot afternoon, why a driver fails early, why a cable runs warm. Contractors search those questions constantly.

What we do

What we deliver for electrical equipment manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A model specification clause per product family

The wording a consultant can paste into a tender, giving the standard, the rating, the construction and the test requirements your range genuinely meets.

Result: Your make is written into the document.

  2. Test reports and photometric files published openly

Type test certificates, licence details, IES and LDT files and GTP sheets, downloadable without a form or a phone number.

Result: The designer who needed a file stays on your site.

  3. A lighting calculation worked through for a real shed

A warehouse of a stated size, the lux wanted, the fittings needed and the running cost, with the arithmetic shown rather than summarised.

Result: A plant head can check the number himself.

  4. Failure explanations written for the trade

Why a driver fails early, why a panel trips in the afternoon, why a cable runs hot, each written in the words an electrician uses.

Result: Contractors read you as somebody who knows the site.

  5. Installation sheets that go in the box

A printed slip and a downloadable sheet per product, in the languages of your main markets, written for a person standing on a ladder.

Result: Fewer complaint calls that were never a defect.

  6. Reporting on which piece brought the enquiry

Downloads, page enquiries and specification mentions traced to each piece, measured from the baseline taken before work began.

Result: You write more of what specifiers use.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for electrical equipment manufacturers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where your orders come from today: specifications, dealers, IndiaMART or tenders, and where specified projects are being lost to other brands.

  2. 2

    Fix the project follow-up

A tracker for every specified project and a rule for when sales calls the contractor, so a specification turns into a purchase order.

  3. 3

    Build the technical proof

Product pages with standards, test reports, drawings and photometric files, plus installed project stories a consultant can check.

  4. 4

Reach the specifiers and the trade

Consultant and architect outreach, dealer and electrician programmes, and search advertising for project buyers.

  5. 5

Keep the brand on the list

Regular contact with consultants who have specified you, after-sales support stories, and a check on every tender that drops your name.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Will a specification clause on our site help a competitor?
A competitor already has your catalogue. The clause helps the consultant who was going to write something anyway, and he writes it around what you supply. Being left off the list costs far more.
Can we publish a comparison with another brand?
Compare against published standards and test data rather than opinion, and name the standard instead of the company where you can. Advertising claims have to be supportable, so your legal adviser reads anything that names another firm.
How do we get onto a consultant's approved make list?
By being known before the tender is drafted. A consultant adds a make when there is a reference installation nearby to check. We line up those references and your test reports, then plan visits to the design firms in your target cities.
Should we sell through dealers or directly to projects?
Most manufacturers need both, with a clear rule on which projects go direct and which are routed through a dealer. We write that rule with you so dealers are not undercut on their own customers.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
