Electrical equipment manufacturers · Digital marketing

Plan the year around the specifier, the dealer and the tender calendar.

Digital marketing for an electrical equipment maker is the plan that settles what reaches consultants, what reaches dealers and electricians, and what goes into tenders each month. GullySales writes that plan, gives every channel an owner, and reports orders rather than activity.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For electrical equipment manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Three audiences who share nothing

A consultant wants a test report, a dealer wants a scheme, an electrician wants a WhatsApp message in his own language. One campaign serves none of them.

  • The exhibition is one week, not the plan

ELECRAMA fills a box with cards and then nothing happens for six months. The follow-up has to be written and owned before the stall goes up.

  • Your marketing person does whatever sales needs today

Catalogue reprints, a dealer meet, the stall panels, all urgent by Friday. Work that takes three months to pay never gets started.

What we do

What we deliver for electrical equipment manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A calendar built on the project year

The pre-monsoon site push, the March closing, the exhibition weeks and the tender seasons, with what goes out before each one written in.

Result: The work is planned around when buying happens.

  2. One owner named for each audience

A person for consultants, a person for dealers and electricians, a person for tenders, each with a weekly slot and a short list due.

Result: Nothing drops because everyone assumed somebody else had it.

  3. Exhibition follow-up written before the stall goes up

The card capture, the question sheet, the email and the call sequence prepared in advance, with every card tagged to a product interest.

Result: Cards from the stall turn into site visits.

  4. Budget split between specification work and dealer schemes

How much goes to consultant outreach and technical writing, and how much to counter material, schemes and electrician engagement, decided and revisited.

Result: The two halves stop competing quietly.

  5. Regional language material planned, not translated late

Counter material, electrician messages and dealer notes prepared in the languages of each market you sell into, rather than English forwarded twice.

Result: The electrician reads it instead of ignoring it.

  6. One monthly report the sales head reads

Specifications won, projects converted, sample approvals, dealer secondary sales and tenders qualified, set against the baseline recorded before work began.

Result: Marketing is discussed in the numbers sales uses.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for electrical equipment manufacturers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where your orders come from today: specifications, dealers, IndiaMART or tenders, and where specified projects are being lost to other brands.

  2. 2

    Fix the project follow-up

A tracker for every specified project and a rule for when sales calls the contractor, so a specification turns into a purchase order.

  3. 3

    Build the technical proof

Product pages with standards, test reports, drawings and photometric files, plus installed project stories a consultant can check.

  4. 4

Reach the specifiers and the trade

Consultant and architect outreach, dealer and electrician programmes, and search advertising for project buyers.

  5. 5

Keep the brand on the list

Regular contact with consultants who have specified you, after-sales support stories, and a check on every tender that drops your name.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should own this inside a factory?
One person with a fixed weekly slot and a written list, reporting where the sales head can see it. Left to whoever is free, the specifier work stops the week a dealer meet is announced. We draft and report around that person.
How do we judge this when orders take a year?
On the steps before the order: specifications won, samples approved, projects tracked and tenders qualified. The baseline recorded at the audit makes those countable, and the orders follow a quarter or two behind them.
How do we get onto a consultant's approved make list?
By being known before the tender is drafted. A consultant adds a make when there is a reference installation nearby to check. We line up those references and your test reports, then plan visits to the design firms in your target cities.
Should we sell through dealers or directly to projects?
Most manufacturers need both, with a clear rule on which projects go direct and which are routed through a dealer. We write that rule with you so dealers are not undercut on their own customers.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
