Energy management and audit companies · Website

Show the instruments, the maths and a sample report before a plant head books a visit.

Website development for an energy audit company is building the site an engineer and his finance head check before they agree to a visit: audit types, instruments, a sample report and the people who sign it. GullySales plans the pages, writes them with your auditors and connects the enquiry form to your CRM.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For energy management and audit companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Stock photographs of leaves and bulbs”

Green icons and light bulbs say nothing about whether the firm owns a power analyser, and an engineer reads the site as a brochure.

  • “Credentials that are out of date”

Auditors who left stay on the team page and an old accreditation is shown as current, which a procurement team will check against the official list.

  • “A form that asks only for a name and a message”

A plant head cannot attach a bill or name his DISCOM, so the call that follows starts from nothing and takes longer to reach a number.

What we do

What we deliver for energy management and audit companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Audit pages with scope and instruments

Scope, instruments, standard and the report a client receives, so an engineer checking whether you do power quality work finds it in one page.

Result: A buyer can judge the offer without calling.

  2. A team page with credentials that can be checked

Each auditor with role and qualification, your accreditation status worded exactly as the official list shows it, and anyone who has left removed.

Result: Procurement can verify who signs the report.

  3. A sample report page

A cleared or invented sample available to read online or download, with a short note on what each section is for.

Result: Buyers see the work product before the proposal.

  4. An enquiry form built around a bill

Fields for plant or building type, DISCOM, sanctioned demand and an upload of the latest bill, with a note saying who reads it and where it is stored.

Result: The first call starts with data.

  5. Pages that load on a phone on the factory floor

Layouts and documents tested on slow mobile data, because a utility head often opens the site on his phone near the panel room.

Result: The sample report opens when it is needed.

  6. Enquiry source tracking into the CRM

Every form, call button and download tagged by page and passed to the CRM, so enquiries from the site are traced to signed audits and read against the baseline.

Result: You know which pages produce signed work.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a plant head or facility engineer checks on your site before agreeing to a visit.

Who signs the report, with credentials
Name each auditor with qualification and, where it applies, accreditation status exactly as the Bureau of Energy Efficiency shows it. Check the wording whenever the list changes.
Instruments and method
List what you bring: power analysers, data loggers, thermal imagers, ultrasonic leak detectors and flue gas analysers, and say how they are calibrated and the standards you follow.
A sample report
Put one in the open or behind a short form, with a plain note on what each section is for. Buyers decide on this more than on any sentence of copy.
How a saving is worked out
State the assumptions every report carries, the tariff, running hours and load, and how readings after installation are compared. Say that a saving is an estimate until it is verified.
The plants and buildings you have worked on
Describe them by type and region, not by client name. Show a client's name only where the client has agreed in writing.
A form that takes a bill
Offer fields for plant type, DISCOM, sanctioned demand and a bill upload, with a line on how the file is stored, so the owner trusts it with his numbers.

Who it is for

This is written for these energy management and audit companies.

  • Energy auditors accredited for designated consumers in sectors such as textiles, cement, paper and metals
  • Energy audit and management consultancies serving MSME factories and industrial area clusters
  • Building energy auditors for hospitals, hotels, malls, IT parks and campuses
  • ISO 50001 consultants who set up and audit energy management systems
  • ESCOs that finance a retrofit and are paid from the savings
  • Energy monitoring and sub-metering companies selling meters and dashboards
  • Power quality specialists working on harmonics, capacitor banks and maximum demand
  • Green building and sustainability consultants who model energy use for rating systems

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for energy management and audit companies

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we trace where last year's audits and projects came from, how enquiries were answered, what happened to reports after delivery and which tenders you saw late.

  2. 2

Show the method and the maths

Audit pages, a sample report and a savings sheet, so a buyer can judge the work without a visit and without anyone breaking a client's confidence.

  3. 3

    Map buyers and triggers

Target plants and buildings by sector and DISCOM, with the tariff changes, audit cycles and rating dates that start each buyer's search.

  4. 4

Follow up every enquiry and every report

Calls, WhatsApp messages and tender leads given an owner and a first reply, and each finished report followed by a debrief and a project proposal.

  5. 5

    Measure and keep what works

Site visits, audits signed, retrofits won and renewals kept, read against the baseline, with sources that produced nothing dropped.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a listing on a marketplace enough instead of a website?
It gets you enquiries, but the buyer then checks your own site before agreeing to a visit. A listing cannot hold a sample report, auditor credentials or your method. Keep the listing and point it at pages you control.
Do we need Kannada or Hindi pages?
For the owner of a small unit, a short explainer on reading a power bill in his own language helps. Engineers and consultants read the technical pages in English, so keep method and sample pages there.
Our sample report is a large PDF. Will it slow the site?
A heavy file will drag on mobile data, so compress it, show a few pages as images, and offer the full document as a download. Test on a phone with a weak signal, as a plant visitor would.
Should the site have a savings calculator?
Be careful. A calculator produces a figure the page must stand behind, and a buyer will quote it back. Show a worked example with assumptions instead, and if you build a calculator, label it illustrative and say what it assumes.
Should we offer a free audit to win the work?
Only a narrow one, such as a review of a year of bills with a power factor and demand check. A free full audit trains buyers to expect free work, and the dealers already give that away. Let the small free step lead straight into a scoped, priced proposal.
Can we describe ourselves as BEE accredited?
Only if your status is current. Accreditation of energy auditors is run by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, and its rules and list change, so check the official list and copy the wording exactly. Procurement teams do look it up.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
