Banks · Packaging design
Make the welcome kit for a new account feel worth the paperwork it took to open one.
Packaging design for a bank means the physical materials a customer receives, a welcome kit, a debit card sleeve, a passbook cover. Designed to feel considered and professional, not an afterthought. GullySales designs these to reinforce trust at the exact moment a new relationship begins.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What packaging design means
Packaging design is the box, label or wrapper a product is sold in, often the only advertisement a customer sees at the point of purchase. GullySales designs packaging that states the product clearly, meets labelling rules and stands out on a crowded shelf.

For banks
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“A welcome kit is the first physical proof of the relationship”
A new customer receiving a well-organised welcome kit with clear next steps feels more confident in the decision. A plain envelope with a card and no explanation does not build the same trust.
“NRI welcome materials need to work when delivered internationally”
A welcome kit for an NRE account holder abroad needs to survive international shipping and still communicate clearly, which a domestic-only design does not account for.
“Regional-language inserts matter as much as the design itself”
A welcome kit including a clear, correctly translated explanation of key terms serves a non-English-speaking customer far better than a beautifully designed but English-only insert.
What we do
What we deliver for banks.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
Welcome kit for new accounts
A welcome kit with a debit card, passbook and clear next steps, designed to feel considered at the exact moment a relationship begins.
Result: A new customer feels confident in the decision they just made.
NRI welcome kit built for international delivery
A welcome kit designed to survive international shipping and still communicate clearly for an NRE account holder abroad.
Result: A customer abroad receives something that still works as intended.
Regional-language inserts for the kit
A correctly translated explanation of key terms included in the welcome kit for a non-English-speaking customer.
Result: A customer understands their new account without needing to ask.
Existing material improvement assessment
A review of your current welcome materials to identify what needs a redesign against what only needs a smaller fix.
Result: You spend on what genuinely needs replacing, not everything at once.
How the result is measured
- Shelf standout in comparison
- Print cost
- Repeat purchase by packaging feedback
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
What goes in the welcome kit
Check each item against this list before the kit is printed, and remove anything the customer cannot use.
- Card carrier
- A carrier holding the debit card, the helpline for a lost card and the steps to set a PIN on the bank's own channels. Never print a PIN or card details on it.
- Account details card
- A small card with branch name, branch contact and IFSC, in the customer's language as well as English.
- Welcome letter
- A short letter from the branch head naming the services opened and the one person to ask for. One page is enough.
- Product leaflet
- One leaflet for the product opened, such as a recurring deposit, with terms and charges as approved by the product team. Remove leaflets for schemes that have ended.
- Fraud warning
- A plain line that the bank never asks for a PIN, OTP or password on a call or message. Use wording your security team already uses.
- Passbook cover or pouch
- Check that it fits the passbook or cheque book supplied and survives a bag. A flimsy pouch tears and is thrown away.

How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the packaging design work runs
- 1
Confirm the scope
We agree roughly how much design work your business needs, and in what formats.
- 2
Brief and design
A short brief captures what each piece is for and by when, then it is produced against your brand guidelines.
- 3
Review and revise
A short review catches corrections before the piece goes live or to print.
- 4
Deliver and file
Final files go out in the correct format and into the asset library for future reuse.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
