Banks · Partnerships

Team up with the builder whose homebuyers all need a home loan anyway.

Partnerships for a bank means formal or informal arrangements with builders, dealers, trade associations or insurance companies. Their customers regularly need a banking product the bank can supply directly at the point of need. GullySales identifies and structures these partnerships around a genuine mutual benefit.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Realistic editorial illustration of banks at work in India

What partnerships means

Partnerships are formal working arrangements with other businesses, such as a joint offer or a referral agreement, that bring you customers you would not reach alone. GullySales identifies businesses whose customers overlap with yours and sets the terms of what each side gives and gets.

For banks

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Builder partnerships put a home loan offer exactly where it is needed”

A tie-up with a builder handing over new apartments places your home loan officer directly in front of buyers who need financing immediately. Nobody has to hope they search for a bank on their own.

  • “Trade association partnerships reach small businesses as a group”

A relationship with a local trade or industry association gives access to many small business owners at once, more efficiently than approaching them individually.

  • “Insurance and investment partners extend the relationship beyond banking”

A customer who holds a savings account and a term policy through the same relationship manager has two reasons to stay. Moving one account now means moving two.

What we do

What we deliver for banks.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Builder and developer tie-ups for home loans

An arrangement placing a home loan officer directly in front of buyers at a builder's handover, rather than waiting for them to search independently.

Result: A buyer already needing financing meets you at the right moment.

  2. Trade association access

A relationship with a local trade or industry association giving access to many small business owners at once.

Result: You reach a group of business owners more efficiently than one by one.

  3. Insurance and investment partner linkage

A partnership offering a relevant insurance or investment product through the same relationship manager, deepening the existing relationship.

Result: A customer's relationship with the bank grows without a separate sales effort.

  4. Partnership agreement terms

Clear written terms on referral handling, customer disclosure and how each party benefits, before a partnership starts.

Result: Both sides know exactly how the arrangement works from the start.

How the result is measured

  • Active partners
  • Enquiries from partners
  • Revenue through partnerships

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Terms to agree in writing

Settle these with the builder, dealer or association before any joint poster or event, and have legal and compliance read the agreement.

What each side does
Who handles the customer at each step. The builder's sales team shares project details, the bank's officer handles the home loan application and sanction.
Customer choice
A buyer must stay free to choose any lender. Say so in the agreement and in the joint materials.
Project checks
The bank's own legal and technical checks decide whether it lends against a project. Do not announce a tie-up before they are done.
Money
Any fee or commission and its basis must be written in the agreement and approved by legal and compliance. Do not agree on a verbal arrangement.
Data sharing
What customer details move between the two sides, and with whose permission. Share only what the customer agreed to.
Branding, approval and exit
Who approves each joint poster, message and event, and how either side ends the arrangement, including enquiries already in progress.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the partnerships work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience overlap

We identify what kind of business shares your customer without competing for the same sale.

  2. 2

    Audit potential partners

We shortlist realistic candidates and check their reputation and audience fit.

  3. 3

    Agree the terms

A simple, written agreement is put in place before any joint activity begins.

  4. 4

    Build and launch the campaign

A joint offer or content piece is created and launched across both businesses' channels.

  5. 5

    Measure and review

Results are tracked for both sides, and the partnership is renewed or adjusted based on what it produced.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we find the right partners?
Starting with businesses whose customers already have an obvious, immediate banking need, such as builders, dealers or large employers in your branch's area.
What does a good partnership agreement look like?
One with clear terms on referral handling, disclosure to the customer, and how each party benefits, which we help structure appropriately.
How do we start a conversation with a trade association?
Approach the secretary or president with something useful to members, such as a talk on working capital or an explainer on credit documents. Offer a session, not a pitch. Ask which problems members face with banks, and follow up with the interested ones. Promise no loans.
Can the bank pay a partner for referrals?
Some arrangements pay fees to empanelled agents or partners, but only under the bank's own policy and rules that differ and change. Ask legal and compliance before discussing money with any partner, and record the terms in a signed agreement. No payment outside the policy.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
