Freight and transport companies · Reputation management

A plant scores you on placement and claims, not on a star rating.

Reputation for a transporter is the service record a logistics manager keeps: whether the vehicle was placed on time, whether the lorry receipt matched, and how a claim was handled. GullySales assembles that record before the panel review and writes the replies to public complaints.

A statue plinth seen close: the bronze figure implied only by its feet and the hem of its drapery above the top of the frame, one face of the stone pedestal scrubbed pale and the other still grimy and carrying a scrawl of paint, with a pressure hose coiled on the steps beside a bucket, brushes and cloths

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For freight and transport companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • One bad claim travels through the managers who know each other

They sit in the same associations and take each other's calls, so how you settle a claim reaches the next panel before you do.

  • Public reviews for a transporter come from two angry people

A consignee who waited and a driver with a grievance. Neither is your buyer, and both are the first thing a trader reads.

  • Placement on time is the number that decides renewal

The dispatch team records every vehicle that arrived late, and at renewal that sheet argues against you better than any rate can.

What we do

What we deliver for freight and transport companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A service record per shipper, ready before the review

Placement, transit time, proof of delivery, claims and payment days for each account, with your own note against every slip.

Result: You bring the numbers instead of hearing them.

  2. A written claims process sent with the profile

How a damage or shortage claim is raised, what you need, what the insurance covers and how long settlement takes, stated upfront.

Result: A shipper knows what happens before it happens.

  3. Review asks to the shippers whose loads ran clean

A request made to the dispatch and logistics people you served well, with a link and a reason, rather than a mass mailer.

Result: Your listing stops carrying only complaints.

  4. Replies written for delay and damage posts

Short public responses that acknowledge the delay, give a number and move it offline, without arguing about the consignee's packing.

Result: A complaint stops growing in public.

  5. Alerts on the company name and its spellings

Watches on the firm name, the common misspellings and the transport nagar address, so a post reaches you before a shipper forwards it.

Result: You answer while it is still one post.

  6. Scorecard and reviews reported together

The service figures and any new reviews read side by side each month, against where each account stood when the work began.

Result: You can see whether the record supports the sales talk.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do online reviews matter to a factory?
Not much once you are on the panel. They matter to the trader who found you by searching, and to a purchase person checking you before a trial load. The panel judges you on the service record instead.
A shipper is unhappy about a damaged consignment.
Give him the claims process in writing the same day, with the timeline and the name of whoever is handling it. Most of the anger is about silence rather than the damage. Then look at whether the packing or the securing caused it, and say so honestly.
Can marketing really help a transport business that runs on relationships?
Yes, when it supports the relationships instead of replacing them. A clear capability profile, ready documents and a tracked follow-up help the owner open more doors, and search pages bring SMEs that were booking through brokers.
How do we get onto a large manufacturer's transporter panel?
Usually through a trial load when their regular carrier fails, or a formal vendor registration. Keeping in touch with the logistics manager and having your documents ready means you are the one they call when that moment comes.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
