Chiropractic clinics · Content marketing

Answer how many visits and what it costs, in writing.

Content marketing for a chiropractic clinic answers what stops a patient booking: how many visits, what the first one involves, and what it will come to. GullySales writes those pages, and the one-page note that referring doctors and physiotherapists actually keep on file.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For chiropractic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The unanswered question is cost and count”

Hardly any clinic says how many visits a plan runs to or what it comes to. The patient assumes the worst and does not ring.

  • “A referring doctor reads one page”

What you treat, what you do not, and what comes back to them afterwards. Anything longer goes in a drawer unread.

  • “A physiotherapist wants a sample, not an article”

Somebody sending you a patient wants to know what comes back to them afterwards. Show them a sample of your report.

What we do

What we deliver for chiropractic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A first visit page with the doctor on video

What happens, how long it takes, whether there will be imaging and what the patient leaves with, written down and filmed.

Result: The nervous patient books anyway.

  2. A plan and fees explainer written with your front desk

How a care plan is arrived at, how a visit is charged, and what a treatment programme involves, in words your own office stands behind.

Result: The money question stops ending calls.

  3. Condition explainers in the patient's own words

Sciatica, disc problems, headaches, prenatal care and sports injuries explained without the terms only a clinician uses.

Result: Search sends people to a page they understand.

  4. A one-page referral note for doctors' clinics

What you treat, what you refer out and what report the doctor gets back, on a single sheet a practice manager will keep.

Result: A doctor can refer without a meeting.

  5. A sample report for referring doctors

A redacted example of your assessment note and report, in the format a referring doctor expects to see.

Result: A doctor can judge you without a meeting.

  6. Reporting on what people read before booking

The pages a patient visited before calling, reported, so the writing goes where it has already worked.

Result: You stop producing what nobody reads.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Questions buyers ask first

The questions a patient with back or neck pain asks before booking, and the piece that answers each.

Is it safe, and will my neck be twisted?
Explain the techniques you use, that gentler methods exist, that the patient may decline any, and what screening comes before treatment. Written by the doctor, in their own words.
Do I need an X-ray or scan first?
State when you ask for imaging and when you do not, and that existing scans are welcome. Patients arrive worried about being sent for tests they did not expect.
Will you work with my doctor or physiotherapist?
Describe how you share findings with the patient's own doctor, with consent, and when you refer. A patient is more at ease when the clinic does not claim to replace everyone else.
What should I bring and wear to the first visit?
A short arrival page: previous reports, a list of medicines, comfortable clothes, and whether a family member may sit in. It lowers the nerves that cause no-shows.
When should I go to a hospital instead?
General guidance on symptoms that need urgent medical care, such as sudden weakness or loss of bladder control. Say it is general information, not a diagnosis.
Can I do anything at home between visits?
Publish the clinic's own home exercise sheets with when to stop and when to call. It shows you care about the days between visits.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the content marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we publish our prices?
Say how fees work for a first visit and for a programme, and what moves them. A fee that depends on the assessment cannot honestly be pinned down in advance, so say that. Silence about money loses more patients than a plain explanation ever will.
Who writes it, and will it sound like us?
We write it and you correct it, usually from a recorded conversation with the doctor. A page written without the doctor in the room reads like everybody else's. Nothing is published until you have seen it.
Should the doctor demonstrate treatment on a patient in a video?
Only with the patient's written consent, with dignity kept and no identifying detail. A doctor demonstrating a stretch or posture on a staff member is safer, and often more useful to the viewer.
Do we need pages in Hindi or other languages?
Add them for the first-visit and safety pages first, since those are what a patient decides on. Have the doctor check each translation. A loose phrase about treatment can be read as a claim the English never made.
Is a chiropractor allowed to advertise like this?
Health advertising is restricted, and the rules differ by council and change over time, so check your own council's current advertising rules before anything runs. We keep cure and guarantee language out, write to what your records support, and send anything doubtful to your own adviser first.
Can we reply to a Google review from a patient?
Yes, but never by confirming they were treated here. A public reply that acknowledges someone's visit gives away their privacy. We write replies that give a phone number and a name, and say nothing about a visit, a condition or a date.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
