Chiropractic clinics · Search engine optimisation

Rank for the symptom a patient types at eleven at night.

Search engine optimisation for a chiropractic clinic is about the symptom, not the speciality, because patients search sciatica and pinched nerves. GullySales writes a page for each condition you treat, and keeps every claim inside what your council's advertising rules and your own records support.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

Last updated 5 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For chiropractic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Patients search what hurts, not what you are called”

Somebody with a trapped nerve types the pain and the place. A page headed chiropractic services answers none of those searches.

  • “The map pack takes the near me search”

So the website has to earn the other half: the long questions people ask themselves before they are ready to ring anybody.

  • “What a page may claim is your licence's problem”

Outcome wording on a website is read by more than patients. What goes up should match what your own records support.

What we do

What we deliver for chiropractic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each condition you actually treat

Sciatica, disc problems, headaches, prenatal care, decompression and sports injuries, each given its own page saying what a first visit involves.

Result: A patient searching their symptom lands on it.

  2. The questions people ask before booking, answered in writing

Does an adjustment hurt, how many visits will it take, what is the X-ray for, each one written out instead of left to the phone call.

Result: The hesitation that stops a booking is answered.

  3. A claims review before anything is published

Every outcome sentence checked against what your records support, with the doubtful ones checked against your council's advertising rules before the page goes live.

Result: Nothing on the site puts the licence at risk.

  4. A decompression page written for a cash patient

What the table does, how long a course runs, who it suits and what the plan involves, for somebody who has been told surgery is next.

Result: Cash enquiries arrive understanding the programme.

  5. Technical faults cleared before new pages go up

Load speed, broken links and the pages search engines never indexed, dealt with before a word of new content is written.

Result: Good pages stop being held back by old ones.

  6. Reporting page by page, condition by condition

Search position, visits and enquiries for each condition page, beside the figures recorded before the work starts.

Result: You see which condition deserves more pages.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your patients type

What a patient types before booking a chiropractor, and the page that answers it.

chiropractor for sciatica near me
A condition page. Describe what an exam looks for, which cases you refer on, and what the first visit includes. Describe care, and do not claim to cure the condition.
chiropractor consultation fees near me
A fees page. Say how a first visit and a follow-up are charged, how payment is taken and what the front desk tells a caller. Say that the plan depends on the assessment, and invite a call.
spinal decompression therapy cost
A decompression page. Explain how a session works, who is not a candidate and how fees are structured. Cash-pay patients read this page closely, so state the care plan and what is included.
neck pain after a two-wheeler fall chiropractor
A post-injury page. Explain how the first assessment is recorded, when you ask for a scan or send the patient to an orthopaedic doctor, and that you do not treat an emergency. Name who to call for one.
pregnancy chiropractor near me
A prenatal page. State your training and certification for pregnancy care, how a patient is positioned and when you advise speaking with her obstetrician first.
chiropractor open Saturday
An hours page matched to your Business Profile. State weekend and evening hours, how to book, and what to do if a slot is full. Update it when the schedule changes.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we say chiropractic cures headaches?
No, and this is where clinics get into trouble. Your council and the advertising rules for health services set what may be claimed, a health claim has to be supported, and your registration is at stake. Anything doubtful is checked with your association or adviser first.
Will writing articles bring us new patients?
Some, slowly, and only the ones answering a real question. Six condition pages will do more than thirty posts about wellness. The patient in spasm is found on Maps, not through an article.
Should each doctor in the clinic have a bio page?
Yes. A patient chooses a person as well as a clinic. Give each doctor a page with qualifications, licence details, interests and the conditions they see most. Make the booking link for each doctor visible on that page.
Who should own the Google profile, the practice or the doctor?
The practice. Doctors move on, and a profile tied to one person's login can leave with them. Register it under a practice email with at least two trusted owners, and keep the recovery details written down.
Is a chiropractor allowed to advertise like this?
Health advertising is restricted, and the rules differ by council and change over time, so check your own council's current advertising rules before anything runs. We keep cure and guarantee language out, write to what your records support, and send anything doubtful to your own adviser first.
Can we reply to a Google review from a patient?
Yes, but never by confirming they were treated here. A public reply that acknowledges someone's visit gives away their privacy. We write replies that give a phone number and a name, and say nothing about a visit, a condition or a date.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
