Chiropractic clinics · Digital marketing

The cheapest new patient is one who stopped coming in March.

Digital marketing for a chiropractic clinic covers three jobs at once: new patients, finished care plans, and the ones who quietly stopped. GullySales sets one budget across all three, keeps treatment programmes apart from single visits, and reports them in the same figures.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For chiropractic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The reactivation list is already inside your software”

Everyone last seen over a year ago is already in your records, costs almost nothing to reach and is cheaper than any advert you will run.

  • “A programme and a single visit cannot share a plan”

A decompression course is sold with a consultation and a fee conversation. A one-off back pain visit is sold with hours and a phone number.

  • “Plan completion belongs in the marketing numbers”

A patient who leaves at visit eight has to be replaced by advertising, which makes the call about a cancelled visit part of the budget.

What we do

What we deliver for chiropractic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A budget split across new, active and lapsed patients

Money divided between advertising, the Maps and review work that brings people in, and the campaigns that reach your own records.

Result: You stop buying patients you already had.

  2. A reactivation calendar run from your own system

The inactive list pulled from your appointment software or register, split by why each person stopped, and worked in dated rounds.

Result: Quiet afternoons start filling from the list.

  3. Treatment programmes kept on their own track

Decompression and wellness programmes given their own pages, adverts and follow-up, away from the single-visit side of the practice.

Result: Neither side waters the other one down.

  4. Referral relationships worked on set dates

Doctors, physiotherapists, gyms and sports clubs contacted on set dates, with one person named as the owner of each relationship.

Result: A referral source survives the receptionist who moved.

  5. Tracking across calls, forms and WhatsApp

Call tracking, form sources and WhatsApp enquiries configured so a new patient can be traced back to where they came from.

Result: The source of a new patient stops being a guess.

  6. One report covering all three jobs

New patients by source, plan visits completed, reactivations and missed calls, in a single report against the numbers taken at the start.

Result: New growth and recovered growth are separate lines.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where a clinic starts

A chiropractic clinic starts with the phone that rings during treatment and the page a patient reads at night.

Phone and booking
Set a booking link and a call-back message for when both practitioners are in rooms. Count missed calls and bookings.
Business Profile
Fix the hours, the conditions treated and how payment is taken. Count calls and visits requested.
A page per condition
Write what the visit involves, the first assessment and what the practitioner will advise, in measured language. Note enquiries each page brings.
Review request after a visit
Ask satisfied patients in person and send the link afterwards. Never offer anything in return.
Lapsed patient list
Pull the list of patients who stopped care and write to them with a plain check-in. Record replies and rebookings.
What to leave until later
Leave screening offers and wide paid ads until the phone is answered. Free screenings brought no-shows, so test the process first.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

What is a realistic marketing budget for a solo practice?
We will not guess before we have read your brief and spoken to you. It depends how many calls you already miss, how large the inactive list is, and how many more exams the diary can take. The fee goes in writing afterwards, split three ways.
Should we start with Google or with Facebook?
Google, nearly always, because the patient in pain is searching rather than scrolling. Facebook earns its place later, for the decompression programme and for people who already know the clinic exists.
How should we handle the fee question on the first call?
Answer it plainly on the page and in the reply: what a first visit involves, how payment is taken and what to bring. Say that the plan depends on the assessment, and invite a call.
Is it appropriate to contact patients who stopped care?
A plain, polite message asking how they are and offering a check-in is usually fine, but data protection and professional rules apply, so check yours. Use only the contact details they gave, and respect any request to stop.
Is a chiropractor allowed to advertise like this?
Health advertising is restricted, and the rules differ by council and change over time, so check your own council's current advertising rules before anything runs. We keep cure and guarantee language out, write to what your records support, and send anything doubtful to your own adviser first.
Can we reply to a Google review from a patient?
Yes, but never by confirming they were treated here. A public reply that acknowledges someone's visit gives away their privacy. We write replies that give a phone number and a name, and say nothing about a visit, a condition or a date.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
