Chiropractic clinics · Social media

Film the adjustment only after the consent form is signed.

Social media for a chiropractic clinic is local video: an adjustment, an exercise, the doctor explaining a table. GullySales sets the filming routine and the consent behind it, keeps outcome claims out of the captions, and buys reach only within driving distance.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

Last updated 5 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For chiropractic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “An adjustment clip travels, and it needs permission first”

A person on your table is a patient, and filming them is a privacy decision taken before anyone picks up a phone.

  • “A before and after post is a health claim in a caption”

Saying you fixed a condition is the claim you would not print on the website, and the same rules reach the caption.

  • “The audience that matters lives within a few miles”

A clip watched across the country does nothing for Tuesday's diary. A post boosted around your own streets does.

What we do

What we deliver for chiropractic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A filming consent form your adviser has read

Written permission covering what may be filmed, what may be shown and where it may be posted, signed before the camera comes out.

Result: Nobody films first and asks afterwards.

  2. A filming routine that fits inside the day

An agreed slot, a phone holder and one person named to shoot, so clips come out of ordinary appointments rather than a special effort.

Result: Posting stops depending on somebody's mood.

  3. Caption rules that keep outcome claims out

A short list of what a caption may say about a condition or a result, with the phrases that cause trouble written out.

Result: Nobody posts a claim you would not print.

  4. Boosting limited to your own catchment

Paid reach held to the miles a patient will actually drive, rather than whatever radius the platform suggests by default.

Result: You stop buying views from another city.

  5. Posts built around the local calendar

School sports seasons, the running club, the town race and the employers nearby, planned in advance rather than improvised.

Result: The clinic looks like part of the town.

  6. Enquiries counted by platform

Calls, messages and bookings traced to each platform, so whichever one produces nothing gets dropped.

Result: Filming time goes where patients come from.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where a person with a bad back looks for a chiropractor, and what to post in each place.

Instagram reels of an exercise or a desk stretch
Have the doctor show one general movement and explain what it is for, without naming a condition it will fix. The action wanted is a message to book an assessment.
Facebook community and sports club pages
Join the running clubs, school sports pages and office groups near the clinic, and answer posture questions in general terms. Offer an appointment only when asked. The action is to message the clinic.
YouTube, for what the first visit involves
Walk through the history, the examination, any imaging the doctor may ask for and how a plan is explained. People nervous about the first visit watch this. The action is to call the clinic.
Google Business Profile posts
Post the doctors' names and registrations, the opening hours, photographs of the treatment rooms and when appointments are open. The action is a call or a booking request.
WhatsApp for current patients, with opt-in
Send a booking reminder and the exercise sheet the doctor gave. The action is a reply to rebook. Do not send promotions to people who did not ask for them.
What not to post
A patient's before and after, a claim to cure a disc or a condition, a scan with a patient's details, or a clip without signed consent. Advertising rules for this profession differ by state and body and change, so check with your own council.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we post a patient's before and after?
Only with written consent, and even then the caption matters more than the picture. Your council and the advertising rules both reach it. Get the wording past your adviser once, then reuse it.
Do we need to be on TikTok?
Not unless somebody in the clinic enjoys making the videos. The reach is national and your patients are local. One platform done weekly beats three done when there is time.
Can the doctor give exercise advice in the comments?
General movement, yes, as you would in a talk. Advice for one person's pain, no. A comment cannot replace an examination, and a reply can be read as treatment. Reply with a line saying that you need to see them and invite them to book.
Should we post x-rays or scans to explain a condition?
Use a model or a drawing, not a real patient's image. Even with the name removed, a scan can identify the person and the patient has not agreed to be shown. If you do use a real image, get written consent for that specific image and where it appears.
Is a chiropractor allowed to advertise like this?
Health advertising is restricted, and the rules differ by council and change over time, so check your own council's current advertising rules before anything runs. We keep cure and guarantee language out, write to what your records support, and send anything doubtful to your own adviser first.
Can we reply to a Google review from a patient?
Yes, but never by confirming they were treated here. A public reply that acknowledges someone's visit gives away their privacy. We write replies that give a phone number and a name, and say nothing about a visit, a condition or a date.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
