Chiropractic clinics · Lead generation

The new patient rings while both doctors are in rooms.

Lead generation for a chiropractic clinic is mostly a telephone problem, because the enquiry is a call arriving while both doctors are in rooms. GullySales builds the WhatsApp reply, the fee answer and the held slot that turn that call into a booked assessment.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For chiropractic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The call comes at eleven, not at lunchtime”

Your busiest hour is the hour new patients ring, which is exactly when nobody can get to the phone.

  • “A camp sign-up sheet is not an enquiry”

A page of phone numbers collected at a gym or society camp is a list. It becomes an enquiry when one of them agrees a date.

  • “The fee question is where the caller hangs up”

A vague answer about fees gives them a reason to go away and think. One honest sentence keeps them on the line.

What we do

What we deliver for chiropractic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A missed-call WhatsApp reply on every line

A WhatsApp message sent to any call that rang out, offering two appointment times and a way to reply without dialling again.

Result: The caller who reached voicemail books anyway.

  2. A written new patient call flow

The order of the questions, the same-day offer and the close, written down and practised with the front desk rather than improvised.

Result: Every caller gets the same good call.

  3. One sentence for the fee question

Wording that answers honestly, keeps the caller moving towards a booking, and leaves the full fee discussion for the assessment.

Result: Callers stop hanging up at the first hurdle.

  4. A slot held open for acute pain

An agreed rule for which appointment in the day stays empty until the afternoon, so somebody in spasm can be seen today.

Result: You can say yes at the moment it matters.

  5. Event capture that books on the spot

A screening routine where the exam is booked at the table with a named date and confirmed the evening before.

Result: Fewer names collected, more people through the door.

  6. An enquiry register with source and outcome

Every call, form and WhatsApp message logged with where it came from, whether an exam was booked, and whether the patient arrived.

Result: You can see which source produces patients.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where enquiries come from

The places a new patient reaches a chiropractic clinic, and what to record at each.

A call from the Google Business Profile
Record the complaint in the caller's words, whether they have a scan or report and whether they want to be seen today. Write 'Google' as the source and offer two times before the call ends.
A missed call or voicemail
Log the number, the time and who called back. Return it with an offer of two appointment times, since the next clinic on the list may already have answered.
An online booking or web form
Check it asks the complaint, the preferred day and a WhatsApp number. Confirm by WhatsApp and call, and mark it as web in the record.
A call from a family member on the patient's behalf
Record who called, who the patient is and the complaint. A daughter ringing for her father needs the same two appointment times the patient would be offered.
A referral from a doctor, physiotherapist, gym or sports club
Write down who referred and the condition. Send a short note back to the referring provider after the first visit, with the patient's consent.
A screening event or workplace talk sign-up
Record the event, the name and the number. Confirm the appointment by WhatsApp the day before, and note who attended and who did not.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the lead generation work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we hire an answering service?
Possibly for after hours, though a patient in pain hears the difference in the first sentence. We do not answer clinic phones and no outside team should. The WhatsApp reply covers the daytime calls that ring out.
Our screening events produce no-shows. What fixes it?
Booking a named date at the table and confirming it the evening before. A voucher with no date on it is a promise nobody keeps. The people who will not pick a date were never coming.
How do we record where a patient heard about us when they say 'Google'?
Ask a second question: did you search, or did you see us on Maps? Write both the first answer and the detail. Patients often mention Google when a friend or a doctor named the clinic, so check the intake form against the first call.
A doctor sent us a patient. Where does that appear in our enquiry record?
Keep these as a separate source called referral, with the doctor's name, the clinic and the date. A new patient call and a thank-you note go on the same list, so one relationship is not lost when the receptionist changes.
Is a chiropractor allowed to advertise like this?
Health advertising is restricted, and the rules differ by council and change over time, so check your own council's current advertising rules before anything runs. We keep cure and guarantee language out, write to what your records support, and send anything doubtful to your own adviser first.
Can we reply to a Google review from a patient?
Yes, but never by confirming they were treated here. A public reply that acknowledges someone's visit gives away their privacy. We write replies that give a phone number and a name, and say nothing about a visit, a condition or a date.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
