Keep the patient past visit eight, and catch the call that rings mid-adjustment.

A patient in acute pain does not research. They search on a phone late at night, work out who is open tomorrow, and call the first clinic that picks up. A wellness patient behaves nothing like that, which is why one website cannot speak to both.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Realistic editorial illustration of chiropractic clinics at work in the United States

In one paragraph

Chiropractic marketing brings in the person searching late at night with a back they cannot straighten. Whether the clinic grows then depends on the front desk: the same-day slot, the question about cost, the call that went unanswered at lunch. GullySales works on both halves, from the condition page a patient reads to the call nobody returned.

The harder problem starts after the first visit. A care plan is agreed at the report of findings, and somewhere near visit eight the patient decides they feel well enough. Nobody calls. Months later they pull something again and search for a chiropractor nearby, as though they had never been. For example, a clinic in Indiranagar could pull its list of patients who stopped before the plan ended and find out how many were never called once.

How buyers decide

How chiropractic clinics are chosen.

Acute pain decides on Google Maps, and fast. The patient scans two or three reviews looking for their own symptom, sciatica or a pinched nerve or headaches, and calls whoever can see them today. If the phone rings out while the front desk is busy with another patient, the next clinic on the list gets the call. The questions on that call are almost always whether they can come in today and what the first visit costs.

Planned care is chosen slowly. Someone weighing spinal decompression, or a pregnant patient looking for prenatal care, reads the condition page, watches a video of the doctor, and checks Google reviews and Practo alongside it. They want to know what a first visit involves, whether there will be X-rays, and how long a full plan runs before they commit.

Referrals are a different business again. Orthopaedic doctors, physiotherapists, gyms and running clubs send patients to the chiropractors they have met and trust. One doctor's receptionist changing jobs can end that flow, which is why each relationship needs a name against it and a routine, rather than a visit at Diwali.

The problem

What usually goes wrong for chiropractic clinics.

What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.

  • “Patients disappear after visit eight”

The plan said twenty-four visits, the patient felt better at eight, and nobody phoned to ask why the last three appointments were cancelled.

  • “The phone rings while both of us are in rooms”

New patient calls go to voicemail at eleven in the morning, and by the time anyone listens the caller has booked elsewhere.

  • “Every new patient call starts with the fee”

The front desk gives a careful answer about the cost of a first visit and a full plan, and the caller says thank you and hangs up.

  • “Our reviews are five stars and nine months old”

The most recent one was left before we changed our hours, and a patient checking today cannot tell whether the clinic is still busy.

  • “We ran a screening offer and got no-shows”

A discounted first visit on Instagram brings plenty of enquiries, a few bookings and fewer people at the door, and hardly any of them start care.

  • “Years of old patient records and nobody has written to them”

The register is full of people last seen over a year ago, and the only contact any of them get is a festival greeting.

What we do

What we do for chiropractic clinics.

Everything included for chiropractic clinics, and the result each part is there to produce.

  1. A page for each condition, not one services list

Separate pages for sciatica, disc problems, headaches, prenatal care and decompression, each answering what the first visit involves and what the plan looks like.

Result: A patient searching their own symptom lands on a page about it.

  2. Google Business Profile and the Maps position

Hours, services, treatment photographs and questions answered on the profile, checked against the website, and the Maps position tracked for your own town.

Result: The late-night search ends on your listing instead of the clinic down the road.

  3. Missed-call WhatsApp message and a same-day slot rule

An automatic WhatsApp message to any call that rang out, plus an agreed rule for which slot in the day is held open for a patient in acute pain.

Result: The caller who reached no one has a reply waiting instead of a competitor.

  4. A fee answer the front desk can give in one breath

Written wording for the question about what a first visit and a plan cost, that keeps the caller on the line and moves to booking.

Result: The fee question stops being the point where callers hang up.

  5. A review routine that respects patient privacy

An ask timed to the visit where patients feel the difference, and replies written to never confirm that someone was treated here.

Result: Recent reviews arrive without anyone putting patient information in public.

  6. Reactivation campaigns run from your own records

The inactive list pulled from your clinic software or the appointment register, split by why they stopped, and worked by call and WhatsApp where the patient has agreed to be contacted.

Result: You know which former patients can be reached, and why each one stopped.

  7. A doctor and physiotherapist referral programme

A named list of the orthopaedic doctors, physiotherapists and gyms that send patients, a short note on what you treat that they can pass on, and a routine for keeping in touch.

Result: A referral source survives the receptionist who changes jobs.

  8. Report against the baseline

New patient calls by source, missed calls, exams booked and kept, plan completion and reactivations, reported against the baseline recorded before work began.

Result: You can see whether growth came from new patients or from keeping old ones.

How the result is measured

  • New patient calls and their source
  • Missed calls and how many were called back
  • Exams booked against exams kept
  • Plan visits completed against visits prescribed
  • Reactivated patients
  • New reviews and reply rate

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Worth a page and a campaign of their own

New patient exams · Sciatica and disc care · Spinal decompression programmes · Headache and neck pain care · Sports injury and performance care · Care for expectant mothers and children, where your training allows · Posture and desk-job back pain · Referrals from doctors and physiotherapists · Massage and rehabilitation add-ons · Care plan reactivation for former patients · Corporate and on-site posture camps

Priority campaigns

Campaigns for what chiropractic clinics most want to sell.

Each one planned around when your buyers decide, and measured against the baseline.

  • Same-day back pain and sciatica campaign

Search advertising for the acute searches that happen late at night and early in the morning, pointed at a page that says how soon you can see someone.

Result: The patient who cannot wait finds a clinic that says when it can see them.

  • Decompression and disc care campaign

A programme page, a video of the doctor explaining the table and the course, and advertising aimed at patients who are weighing their options for a disc problem.

Result: Enquiries come from people who understand what they are booking.

  • New in town campaign

Advertising and a welcome message aimed at people who have just moved into your area, often for a job, and lost the chiropractor they used for years.

Result: You reach a patient at the one moment they are actively looking for a new clinic.

  • Reactivation of inactive patients

A sequence by call and WhatsApp to patients last seen six, twelve and twenty-four months ago, written differently for each group.

Result: A list that was sitting idle starts filling the quiet afternoons.

  • Doctor and physiotherapist referral programme

Introductions to orthopaedic doctors and physiotherapists nearby, a short note on what you treat, and a check-in routine with the person who actually hands out the recommendation.

Result: Referrals come from people who know your clinic, rather than whenever someone remembers you.

  • Pre-season athlete campaign

Talks and posture or movement check-ins at gyms, running clubs and school sports programmes ahead of a season, worded as information and kept inside your council's advertising rules.

Result: Athletes meet the clinic before they need it urgently, and know what it offers.

Beyond search

Where we reach buyers of chiropractic clinics, beyond Google.

Search matters, but it is rarely the only way this industry's buyers find a supplier.

  • Family doctors and general physicians

The doctor's clinic assistant often decides whose card goes across the desk, so the material and the follow-up are written for that person as well.

  • Orthopaedic doctors and spine clinics

Doctors refer to chiropractors they have met, and a short introduction with a clear note on what you treat opens that door.

  • Gyms, boxes and yoga studios

A talk, a screening morning or a simple arrangement with the owner puts you in front of people who already train and already hurt.

  • Running clubs and local races

Race day tents and club nights work for sports-focused practices, and we build the follow-up so a conversation turns into an exam.

  • Employers and on-site posture camps

IT parks, call centres and factories have back and neck pain among staff, which makes a posture camp an easy conversation with HR.

  • Massage and physiotherapy practices nearby

Practitioners who see the same patients from a different angle can refer both ways once someone sets up the arrangement.

  • Cash-based wellness and decompression practices
  • Sports and rehabilitation focused clinics
  • Chiropractic for expectant mothers and children, where your training allows

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for chiropractic clinics

  1. 1

    Assess

In the first conversation we ask where last quarter's new patients really came from, how many calls went unanswered, and how many care plans were finished.

  2. 2

    Answer the call

Missed-call WhatsApp message, a written answer on fees, a held slot for acute pain, and a record of every enquiry the front desk handles.

  3. 3

    Build the condition pages

A page per condition you treat, the Google Business Profile completed, and the doctor on video explaining what a first visit involves.

  4. 4

    Bring patients in

Local search, reviews, advertising on the acute searches, and the doctor, physiotherapist and gym relationships worked on a schedule.

  5. 5

Keep them and bring the old ones back

A call on the first cancelled visit that is not rebooked, and reactivation campaigns to the patients who quietly stopped coming.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Engagement options

Ways to work with us.

Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.

  1. Option 1

    The conversation on its own

A call after you send your brief. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.

  2. Option 2

    One fix, scoped

Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

  3. Option 3

    An ongoing programme

We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.

  4. Option 4

Guidance for your own team or agency

We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.

FAQ

Questions chiropractic clinics ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a chiropractor allowed to advertise like this?
Health advertising is restricted, and the rules differ by council and change over time, so check your own council's current advertising rules before anything runs. We keep cure and guarantee language out, write to what your records support, and send anything doubtful to your own adviser first.
Can we reply to a Google review from a patient?
Yes, but never by confirming they were treated here. A public reply that acknowledges someone's visit gives away their privacy. We write replies that give a phone number and a name, and say nothing about a visit, a condition or a date.
Can we offer a discounted first visit?
Often, but the wording matters, and rules on how health services may be advertised apply. Your legal adviser draws that line, and we build the campaign inside it. A discount also tends to bring people who book and do not come, so it is worth tracking who starts care.
Will you answer our phones?
No, and no outside team should be doing that for a clinic. A patient in pain hears the difference in the first sentence. What we run is the missed-call WhatsApp message, the web enquiry reply and the follow-up on anyone who did not book, on terms agreed in writing before we start.
Can you message our patient list on WhatsApp?
Only the part of it that has agreed to hear from you. Most clinics find their list is a mix, with some patients who have said yes, some who only gave a number at the desk, and some who should only be called. We split the list before anything goes out.
How do we get patients to finish the care plan?
By noticing the moment they stop. A cancelled visit that never gets rebooked is the signal, and a call from the front desk that same week is the first thing to try. Most clinics have no rule for it, so nobody makes the call.
What does this cost?
A solo clinic and a four-doctor clinic need different work, so the first conversation comes before any number. After it the fee arrives in writing, split three ways: our time, your advertising spend, and production such as video of the doctor. The term is agreed in writing at the same time.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and we tell you which applies to you after we have spoken. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
