Chiropractic clinics · Local SEO

Show up open on Maps when a patient's back goes into spasm.

Local SEO for a chiropractic clinic decides the search a patient runs on a phone, filtered down to whoever is open now. GullySales completes the profile, sorts out a shared building address, and checks where you appear across the neighbourhoods you serve.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

Last updated 5 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For chiropractic clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The open now filter decides the call”

Saturday and evening hours on the profile are a booking decision rather than an admin detail, because that is how an acute patient filters.

  • “A shared address splits your listing in two”

A chiropractor inside a gym or a multidisciplinary clinic shares a door with somebody else, and two listings at one address fight each other.

  • “You disappear a few miles out and nobody tells you”

The towns you believe you serve may never see the listing. Only checking from points across the area shows where you actually show up.

What we do

What we deliver for chiropractic clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. The profile completed properly, holiday hours included

Categories, services, fee answers, treatment photographs and hours kept current, including festival and holiday hours.

Result: The open now search finds you open.

  2. Questions seeded and answered on the listing itself

The fee question, the same-day question and the what happens first question, posted and answered on the profile.

Result: Two objections are gone before the call.

  3. A booking link that works from a phone

The appointment link tested from the listing, landing on a page that offers times rather than a contact form to fill in.

Result: Fewer patients give up between Maps and the diary.

  4. One address and one listing everywhere

Floor, landmark, name and phone matched across Maps, JustDial and Practo, with duplicate or shared-address profiles cleaned up.

Result: Your listing stops competing with itself.

  5. Position measured across the whole catchment

Where you appear from points spread over the neighbourhoods you serve, checked on the ground rather than assumed from the desk in reception.

Result: You find out where you are invisible.

  6. A review flow that feeds the ranking

A steady ask routine reported, since review count and recency move local position as well as trust.

Result: The map position stops drifting down.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What Google weighs here

How a patient nearby finds a chiropractor, and what to fix first.

Chiropractor as the primary category
Set Chiropractor as the main category. Add physiotherapist or sports medicine clinic only for a service that has its own registration and a named practitioner. A wrong second category invites calls you cannot take.
Services patients describe
List adjustments, decompression, sports injury care and prenatal care by what the patient says first, such as lower back pain or neck stiffness. Describe the visit in plain words and make no outcome claim.
Fees in plain words
State in the description how payment is taken and that the fee depends on the assessment. A caller who is surprised at the desk leaves, and writes about it.
Position across the catchment
Check your listing's position from three or four streets in different directions, using someone else's phone. A clinic that shows near its own door and nowhere else needs pages and reviews from the weaker streets.
JustDial, Practo and the association page
Claim the clinic on JustDial and Practo, and on your chiropractic association's find-a-practitioner page if it has one. Copy the practice name, doctor name with qualification, address and phone exactly from the Maps profile.
Private replies to patient reviews
Never confirm in a reply that the reviewer is a patient or mention treatment. Thank them in general terms and invite them to call. Your privacy rules apply to a public answer as much as to a chart.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local seo work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

We practise inside a gym. What address do we use?
Your own floor or room, listed separately from the gym, with your own telephone number. Two businesses on one listing confuse both. If the gym already has a profile at that door, sort that out first.
Why do we rank at the clinic and not two towns over?
Maps leans hard on how far the patient is from your door, and nothing else is telling it you serve that town. A page about the area and reviews from patients who live there help, slowly.
Can each chiropractor in the clinic have a separate profile?
Sometimes. Google may allow one for a practitioner who is public-facing and seen by name at that address, but extra profiles for staff can be flagged as duplicates. Keep one for the clinic, and put each doctor on a page. Check Google's current rules before you add any.
A patient posted a bad review mentioning their treatment. What do we say?
Say little. Thank them for the feedback and invite them to call the clinic, without confirming they are a patient or repeating a detail of their care. Your privacy obligations apply to a public answer. Report it only if it breaks the platform's rules.
Is a chiropractor allowed to advertise like this?
Health advertising is restricted, and the rules differ by council and change over time, so check your own council's current advertising rules before anything runs. We keep cure and guarantee language out, write to what your records support, and send anything doubtful to your own adviser first.
Can we reply to a Google review from a patient?
Yes, but never by confirming they were treated here. A public reply that acknowledges someone's visit gives away their privacy. We write replies that give a phone number and a name, and say nothing about a visit, a condition or a date.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
