Tree service companies · Website

Put the insurance certificate and a real removal where the homeowner lands.

A website for a tree service company is the page a nervous homeowner checks to decide whether to let a stranger climb their tree. GullySales builds the pages around proof of cover, real work and a way to ask for an estimate from a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For tree service companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone, looking at the tree”

The homeowner stands in the yard with the problem in view. They want a number to tap, a form that takes a photograph and a clear sign that you serve their town. A page that needs a long scroll to find the phone is closed.

  • “Stock photographs of climbers undo the trust you need”

A catalogue picture of a smiling arborist says nothing about your crew. Real photographs of your trucks, your rigging and a finished yard with no ruts show that the work is done carefully, by people the owner could meet.

  • “One page for tree removal cannot serve every search”

Someone typing storm damage, stump grinding or hazardous tree has a different worry from someone seeking plant health care. A page for each service and each town you cover answers the exact question and lets the search engine match it.

  • “Commercial buyers check the site before they reply”

A property manager or board member who receives your outreach will open the website. They look for insurance, the kinds of property you serve and a clear way to request a bid. A homeowner-only site tells them you are not for them.

What we do

What we deliver for tree service companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A proof section above the fold

Your insurance certificate, arborist credentials and safety record set near the top of the home page, with a note on how to request the document.

Result: A visitor sees you are insured before reading a single price.

  2. Service pages for removal, pruning, stumps and storm work

A page per service, each describing the job, the equipment and what the clean-up includes, using your own photographs.

Result: A search for one service lands on a page about that service.

  3. Town pages with the local permit note

A page for each town you cover, with what residents should check on permits, protected trees and HOA rules, pointing to the town or county for the rule.

Result: The local searcher finds a page that knows their town.

  4. An estimate form that accepts photographs

A short form asking for the address, the tree and a picture, which also records where the enquiry came from.

Result: You can judge the job before a truck goes out.

  5. A page for HOAs and property managers

A separate page describing annual inspections, contract work and the paperwork you supply, with a bid request form for managers.

Result: Contract buyers see that you serve properties like theirs.

  6. Storm banner ready to switch on

A notice and emergency number prepared in advance, so it can be shown after a storm and taken down once the crews are booked.

Result: The site matches the week the phone is ringing.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should the website show prices?
Tree work depends on access, height and what is below the tree, so a fixed price list would mislead. Show what affects the quote and how to get one. A page that explains the factors earns trust without promising a number.
Do we need a separate page for every town?
For each town where you want work, yes, provided the page says something true about that town, such as permit practice or common trees. A page that repeats the same words with the town name changed does not help.
Can we keep our existing website?
Existing pages can be kept and improved where they hold up. We start by reviewing what you have against the proof, the phone use and the service pages, then say what to keep and what to replace.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
