Home cleaning companies · Local SEO

Be the cleaning company the map shows when the flat needs a deep clean.

Local SEO for a home cleaning company is the work of appearing in the map results and the locality searches of the neighbourhoods your crew can reach on time, for the specific job the customer typed. GullySales works on the Business Profile, the service area, the job-and-locality pages and the reviews that decide who gets the call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For home cleaning companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The search names the job and the neighbourhood together”

Someone typing sofa shampoo or move-out clean adds the area they live in. A profile that says only home cleaning services gives the map nothing to match, so the company that lists each job by name takes the tap.

  • “A service area wider than the crew can travel hurts both ways”

Claiming the whole city sends enquiries from far corners that a Saturday schedule cannot serve, and the quote is declined or the booking is cancelled. Setting the area to the localities the crew reaches keeps the calls worth answering.

  • “Staff photographs are the ranking signal the customer reads”

A person deciding who enters their home looks at faces, uniforms and the van before reading a rating. A listing full of stock images makes the visitor wonder who is really coming, and the next profile in the pack looks safer.

  • “Reviews that name the job rank the job”

A review saying the deep clean before handover was done properly tells the map and the next customer something a plain five stars does not. Asking for the job by name, at the end of the visit, is part of local ranking.

What we do

What we deliver for home cleaning companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business Profile set up job by job

Each service entered by its own name with a plain description, such as kitchen deep clean, sofa and carpet cleaning, move-in clean and recurring maintenance.

Result: The profile lists every job a customer might search for.

  2. Service area drawn on the crew's real routes

The localities your teams reach, taken from your own booking records and entered as the service area, with the far corners left out.

Result: Enquiries come from areas you can actually serve.

  3. Photographs of staff, uniform and equipment

Real pictures of verified staff in uniform, the van and the machines, taken with permission, plus before-and-after shots with the address and personal items cropped out.

Result: A visitor sees who would arrive at the door.

  4. Locality pages for the areas you serve

A page for each job in each main locality, written from the jobs you have done there and linked to the profile and a booking route.

Result: Search for a job in a neighbourhood lands on a page about it.

  5. A review ask that names the job

A short WhatsApp message sent after the visit, with the review link and a line inviting the customer to mention the job and the staff.

Result: New reviews describe the work done, in the customer's words.

  6. Replies to missed-visit and damage complaints

A written public reply to each complaint, stating what happened and what the company did about it, in plain words.

Result: A nervous reader sees problems answered in public.

  7. Calls, direction taps and messages read from the listing

The profile's own counts for calls, website taps and direction requests, set against the baseline recorded before the work started.

Result: You can see which localities bring enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

These local searches decide which cleaning company appears when a flat needs a clean.

deep cleaning service near me
Answered by the profile's main service, the localities you cover and recent job photographs shot with the customer's agreement.
sofa cleaning at home in my area
A separate service entry for sofa and upholstery with a short note on what is cleaned at the flat. Customers search by furniture.
move-in cleaning for new flat
A profile entry and a locality page for new-flat cleaning. The buyer who just got the keys types it close to the handover.
bathroom cleaning service for apartment
A service entry for bathrooms with a photograph of a finished one. It matches a search from a household that wants a single job done.
home cleaning company reviews
Reply text under each review. A new customer reads how you handled a missed slot before deciding to book.
cleaning company for society flats
An entry that names the societies you already serve, with the committee's permission. It tells a neighbour the crew is known in the building.

Who it is for

This is written for these home cleaning companies.

  • Deep cleaning and one-time service providers
  • Recurring home maintenance cleaning companies
  • Sofa, carpet and upholstery cleaning specialists
  • Move-in and move-out cleaning services
  • Office and commercial cleaning contractors
  • Society and apartment complex cleaning contracts
  • Franchise-model cleaning companies

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You work from a home address you do not want listed, and the profile would show it to everyone searching.
  • Your crews serve only a few localities, and a wider listing would bring calls for flats you will not reach.
  • You have no review from a customer yet, and the profile would sit beside others that have many.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Write down what is true

Each branch's real address, signboard name, phone, hours and owning Google account go into one record you sign off. Every later listing is copied from it.

  2. 2

    Search as your buyer does

We search each branch on a phone from points around it, in your buyers' words, and note who appears with what reviews and photos.

  3. 3

    Fix the profile first

Ownership first, then name, address, pin, phone, hours and business type. Google can suspend a profile with extra words in its name or an address that is not a real premises.

  4. 4

Build the branch pages and match the listings

Each real branch gets its own page, and the other listings are changed to agree with it. We write none for towns without a branch, because Google treats near-identical pages as doorway pages.

  5. 5

    Ask, reply and measure

We agree with each branch who asks for reviews, when and how. Results are set against the baseline recorded before work began, and the branch that is behind gets the next round.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

We rank on our website but the map shows other companies. Why?
The map ranks the Business Profile, not the website. Distance from the searcher, the jobs listed, the photographs and the reviews decide the three results, so a good website does not make up for a thin profile.
Can we show customers' homes in our photographs?
Only with the customer's permission, and with the address, name plates and family photographs cropped out. If there is any doubt, leave the picture out and use a clean demonstration area or staff pictures instead.
Should every branch or franchise unit have its own profile?
Each unit that serves customers from its own base can have its own verified profile, with its own area, staff and phone line. Check the platform's current rules on shared names and service-area businesses before setting them up.
Should every locality we serve have its own page?
Give a page to each locality where your crews work regularly and can reach a booking the same day. A page for a place you serve rarely invites calls you cannot meet. Add a locality only when a crew can cover it without a long trip.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
