Home cleaning companies · Website

Let a customer see the price range and book a slot without calling.

A home cleaning company website states job pricing, staff verification and available slots clearly, letting a customer book without a phone call. GullySales builds and hands over a site your team can update yourselves, with pricing and slots kept current.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For home cleaning companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Pricing is shown as a clear range”

A customer comparing three companies picks the one that answers the price question without a message first.

  • “Staff verification is a visible page”

A dedicated page on background checks and training answers the biggest hesitation before a customer books.

  • “The booking form asks for job and date upfront”

Capturing this at the start avoids a back-and-forth that a plain enquiry form creates.

What we do

What we deliver for home cleaning companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A clear pricing page by job type

A page stating a price range for each job, deep cleaning, sofa cleaning and recurring plans, so a customer is not left to ask.

Result: A customer comparing options gets the price answer immediately.

  2. A staff verification and background-check page

A dedicated page explaining how staff are verified and trained, answering the biggest hesitation before a booking.

Result: The trust question is answered before a customer has to raise it.

  3. A booking form that captures job and date

A form asking for the job type and preferred date at the start, avoiding a back-and-forth message exchange.

Result: A booking request arrives complete, ready to confirm without more messages back and forth.

  4. A site your team can update yourselves

A build handed over with a simple way to update pricing and availability without needing a developer.

Result: Pricing and availability stay current without outside help.

  5. Mobile-first design for a same-day search

Pages built and checked to work well on a phone, since most job searches happen there when a customer needs a fast booking.

Result: A customer searching on their phone can book without friction.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a home cleaning company's website must show before a customer books a slot.

The basis of the price for each job
Say whether a deep clean is priced by BHK size, per square foot or per room, sofas per seat and carpets by area. Show a starting price on that basis and what raises it.
What is included and what is left out
List the areas covered, such as kitchen, bathrooms, balcony and inside cupboards, and what you do not do, such as exterior windows or heavy stains. Most disputes begin with an unstated item.
Equipment, chemicals and what the customer provides
Say what you bring, such as machines, vacuums and products, and what you need from the home: water, power and a clear floor. Mention what you cover or move for furniture.
Entry into housing societies
Explain how staff are registered at the gate, what ID they carry and what the customer must tell the security. A resident worried about a stranger in the flat reads this.
The areas and societies you serve
List localities and named societies you work in. A customer in an apartment complex wants to see their own address on the page.
What happens if the customer is not satisfied with a job
State how long after the job a complaint can be raised and what the company does, such as a repeat visit for the missed area. Put it in plain words near the booking button.

Who it is for

This is written for these home cleaning companies.

  • Deep cleaning and one-time service providers
  • Recurring home maintenance cleaning companies
  • Sofa, carpet and upholstery cleaning specialists
  • Move-in and move-out cleaning services
  • Office and commercial cleaning contractors
  • Society and apartment complex cleaning contracts
  • Franchise-model cleaning companies

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your price range is not settled, so a site that promises a clear quote would send customers to a number you cannot stand behind.
  • Nobody can answer a booking request the same day, and a form that asks for a slot would leave customers waiting.
  • You have no photographs of finished jobs that customers have agreed to show, so the pages would carry stock images.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online payment on the site?
Useful for confirming a slot with a small advance; many companies still settle the balance on completion.
Who updates the site after launch?
We hand over a simple way to update pricing and availability ourselves.
Should we show prices per square foot or per BHK?
Whichever customers use when they call. Most families describe a home as 2BHK or 3BHK, so show that, and add per square foot for larger or unusual homes. Say what changes the figure, such as the number of bathrooms and the condition of the home.
Can customers upload photographs of the room or sofa for a quote?
Yes, and it often saves a visit. Add a photo upload or a WhatsApp prompt to the booking form, say what you need to see, and state that the price is confirmed after inspection if the condition differs. Tell the customer who will see the photographs.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
