Home and office automation · Social media

Post the villa you just automated, not a stock photo of a smart bulb.

Social media for home and office automation means Instagram and LinkedIn content showing real finished projects, aimed at homeowners on Instagram and at architects and facilities heads on LinkedIn. GullySales plans content for both audiences from the same body of finished work.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For home and office automation

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Instagram and LinkedIn need different content from the same project”

A short lifestyle reel of a lit, automated living room suits Instagram, while a technical breakdown of the same project's integration suits LinkedIn's professional audience.

  • “Before-and-after content demonstrates value instantly”

A short video contrasting a plain switchboard with a finished automated panel shows the transformation faster than any written description.

  • “Tagging the architect or designer extends your reach into theirs”

Crediting the architect or interior designer on a finished project post puts your work in front of their own audience, which often includes future clients.

What we do

What we deliver for home and office automation.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Dual-platform content plan from one project

A lifestyle reel for Instagram and a technical breakdown for LinkedIn, both built from the same finished project.

Result: Each platform's audience sees the version that speaks to them.

  2. Before and after transformation videos

Short videos contrasting a plain switchboard or room with the finished automated result.

Result: The value is shown at a glance, without needing a written explanation.

  3. Architect and designer tagging routine

A standing habit of crediting the architect or designer on every finished-project post.

Result: The post reaches an audience of their future clients too.

  4. Posting tied to real completed projects

A schedule that posts around an actual finished project rather than a fixed calendar with nothing new to show.

Result: Every post has genuine work behind it, not filler content.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where homeowners and office buyers watch automation work, and what to post for each.

Instagram reels by room
Film a finished living room: lights, curtains and a scene changing from one switch or voice command. Caption what the owner controls and end with an offer to book a demo.
LinkedIn for architects and facilities heads
Post a boardroom or villa project with the scope, the equipment and the architect or designer tagged, once they agree. Describe what was integrated, not only how it looked.
YouTube walk-through of an installed home
Show the app, the wall switch and what happens when Wi-Fi drops. Buyers worry about that moment, so show the manual fallback working.
WhatsApp status for past clients
Post app updates, service reminders and new devices. Satisfied clients mention you to neighbours and to their own architects.
Showroom demo-room clips
Film visitors trying a scene in your experience room, with their permission. Caption the scene, and invite the viewer to see it in person.
What not to post
Never post door-lock codes, camera views, floor plans or the full address of a home. Blur the app screen when it shows device names or the layout of rooms.

Who it is for

This is written for these home and office automation.

  • Residential smart-home integrators
  • Office and boardroom automation specialists
  • Villa and apartment builder tie-up specialists
  • Security and CCTV integration specialists
  • Home theatre and AV specialists
  • Motorised curtain and gate automation specialists

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The client has not agreed to show the villa, and the feed would hold stock images of a smart bulb.
  • Nobody on the team can film a scene working, and a still photograph cannot show a room that dims.
  • You plan to show a client's gate, camera view or panel, which tells strangers how the house is secured.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm audience, platforms and access

We note which platforms your buyers use and check that the pages sit under your own business accounts, with you as owner and us as added roles.

  2. 2

    Review the current presence

We read the existing pages, the posts that drew replies and the gaps in posting.

  3. 3

    Build the calendar

Themes, formats and dates are set out for your approval, with space for offers and news.

  4. 4

    Create, approve and publish

Posts are made, approved by you and scheduled. Replies to the public are handled in your voice.

  5. 5

    Record enquiries and adjust

Enquiries are logged against the post or platform where they began, and the mix changes to follow what brings them.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How often should we post?
Around a real, finished project rather than a fixed schedule, since the content depends on having something genuine to show.
Should we run separate accounts for residential and commercial work?
Not usually, but the content and captions should clearly speak to each audience even within the same account.
Who should be on camera, the founder or the installer?
Both have a place. The installer explains how a device is fitted and what the owner will see, which builds trust with homeowners. The founder talks to architects and facilities heads on LinkedIn about scope and support. Ask each to agree, and keep the client out of frame.
People comment that smart homes stop working when Wi-Fi goes down. How do we reply?
Answer plainly and with the facts of your own system: what keeps working with the internet off, such as wall switches or a local hub, and what does not. Offer a call to explain, and follow with a short video showing it. Do not claim it never fails.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
